My favorite shop because the cake isn't too sweet.Besides,I'm glad to add special drink with only RM2（3pm〜6pm weekday）.

平日の３時から６時の限定ながら、ケーキに2リンギ足すとお好みの飲物が追加できるのがお得(^^)※画像の猫アートホワイトカフェなら無料で追加OK
お気に入りのチョコレートバナナケーキは本日ありませんでしたが、ケーキ類は概ね甘過ぎず価格も控えめなので重宝してます。

There is value for lunch from Monday to Thursday now.All drink manus can be added to lunch with RM3.For example Matcha latte or Mango yogurt smoothie.

We can enjoy good coffee, healthy meals, Pancake and waffles.
I think Here is only 1 cafe in Johor that we can eat Japanese style souffle pancakes.
It is fluffy soft gentle tasting pancake. So yummy !

Zonの近くの海沿いにあるベトナム料理レストラン。まさかの24時間営業。休日なし。かなりの種類のメニューがあり、フォーや生春巻き、ベトナムBBQ、バインミー、ビールやアボカドシェイクなどなんでもある感じ。店員さんはベトナム人ばかり。安くて美味しいです。ちょっと辛いビーフスープのヌードル「ブンボーフエ」がとても美味しかった。

クロワッサンがイチオシとのことですが、フォッカッチャやサワードゥを使ったパン、塩パンもとても美味しい。パン好きなら、遠くてもわざわざ来る価値はあります。
10時から開いていて、12時くらいに全てのパンが揃う感じ。朝からブランチを楽しむ人で賑わっています。
