The variety of items, value for money, and the quality and deliciousness of each dish were all met, making this one of the best hotels to offer a Ramadan buffet!
The team, led by Executive Chef Victor, has created an array of Malay cuisine as well as Chinese, Indian, and Western dishes. The signature Fish Head Curry, the refined Nasi Kelab, the roast chicken and beef grilled to a succulent finish, the Indian spiced fish, the western chicken stewed in tomatoes, and the Chinese fried rice were all of high quality and very tasty. Highly recommended.

Ramadan Buffet at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur. “Sajian Istimewa” means Special Dishes. And the team led by Chef Safee will be serving up specialties from all over Malaysia at outdoor bazaar stalls.
Laksa Johor, Tempoyak (stewed fermented durian) with patin fish, and Malacca's baked coconut sweets (a rarity, I've never seen it before)! etc. I was also pleased to see that Shangri-La's buffet has a wide selection of another non-Malay dishes. You can enjoy high quality Chinese, Italian, Western, Indian, and even seafood such as lobster. Overall, it is luxurious, upscale, and a wonderful place to spend a wonderful time.

This is the place to be for a Sunday night celebration dinner!
While most hotels offer lavish dinner buffets only on Fridays and Saturdays, this seafood buffet is only available on Sunday nights. The PARKROYAL COLLECTION in Bukit Bintang offers a different themed buffet each day of the week.
Choose fresh shrimp, oysters, clams, crabs, slipper lobster and fish, place them in a bucket, choose your seasoning, and hand it over to the chef, who will cook it and bring it to your table. It is a pleasure to share and grab a handful and enjoy it with gusto.
Also, each person can have one giant lobster (two halves).You can choose between thermidor or lemon butter cooking. The lobster alone is such a bargain that you would think it would exceed the buffet price, but there are many other dishes such as sashimi, sushi, Chinese, Indian, Western, and more. Westin Desaru's Festive Buffet. For the past few years, the hotel's festive buffet has been well-received for its quality, taste, and variety, and it has said that it is worth a visit for this buffet from JB.
This year's event was no exception. Executive Chef Ding and his team have created a Christmas menu that is not only Western, but also Malaysian, Indian, and Chinese dishes that are sure to be the stars of the show. It is hard to decide what to eat.
The Westin Desaru Coast Resort is now even more luxurious and beautiful with a new resort pool and new restaurant, and is well worth a visit from JB.

This year's event was no exception. Executive Chef Ding and his team have created a Christmas menu that is not only Western, but also Malaysian, Indian, and Chinese dishes that are sure to be the stars of the show. It is hard to decide what to eat.
The Westin Desaru Coast Resort is now even more luxurious and beautiful with a new resort pool and new restaurant, and is well worth a visit from JB.

Next to the Bukit Bintang Pavilion, the Grand Millennium Hotel is hosting a special buffet to celebrate Malaysia.
Chef Hardeep and team have created an array of typical dishes from all regions of Malaysia.
From the north, Rojak and Char Kuih Teiao from Penang, and Laksa Johor from Johor are featured from the south. I liked Ayam Ponte from the state of Malacca, and the durian soup dessert was an everyone’s favorite.
Other offerings include seafood, Western cuisine, sushi, and a wide selection of desserts.
I was happy to see that the promotion runs every day during the period, Monday through Sunday.

北部からはペナンのロジャックやチャークイティアオ、南部からはジョホールのラクサジョホールなどが紹介されています。私はマラッカ州からのアヤム・ポンテが気に入り、ドリアンのスープデザートが人気でした。
その他、シーフードや洋食、お寿司や幅広いデザートのラインナップが充実。
月曜から日曜まで、期間中は毎日実施しているのが嬉しい。

Werner's Group's newest place “TOKIOTONIC”at Main Street of Changkat, Bukit Bintang.
It’s new cross-cultural Dining bar with a Japanese Western (Yoshoku) concept, let’s say it’s European Japanese fusion bar.
Every sophisticated dishes and drinks, the deliciousness amazed me.
I first time to see the Machine that infuse liquids with fragrances extracted from ingredients for house made HighBall and Cocktails. HighBalls with a well-honed taste!
Must order Beef Tartare! The ultra authentic (with egg, no cream) carbonara udon was superb! Iberico Pork Katsu was the best tonkatsu I have ever had in Malaysia! The presentation of the three types of ramen and the toppings were innovative and educational!
Japanese interpretation with a glimpse of solid technique and sense. It is a place where you can enjoy a new experience and a wonderful time.

ビーフ・タルタルはマストオーダー！本格的な(クリームを使わない)カルボナーラうどんは絶品でした！イベリコ豚のカツはマレーシアで食べたとんかつの中で一番美味しかった！ 3種類のラーメンの盛り付けとトッピングは斬新で学ぶものがありました！
確かな技術とセンスの中に垣間見える日本の解釈。新しい体験と素敵なひとときを楽しんでいただける場所だと思います。

First trip to Da Nang. Stayed 2 nights at the Four Points by Sheraton Da Nang by the sea.
Big hotel with lots of hospitality and lots of free activities.
The ocean view suite had a beautiful seaview and sunrise from the living room, bedroom and bathroom all. Spacious, bright and very comfortable rooms. Great views from the pool, bar and gym. There was also a jacuzzi and sauna.
Breakfast was extensive with a buffet as well as a separate order menu with a choice of Vietnamese and Western dishes.
I had an image of Four Points as a simple business-like hotel, but I felt this was a resort hotel with attention to detail. I would like to stay here again.

はじめてのダナン旅行。海沿いのフォーポインツバイシェラトンダナンに2泊しました。
ホスピタリティに溢れ、無料のアクティビティがたくさんある大きなホテル。
オーシャンビューのスイートルームは、リビングルーム、ベッドルーム、バスルーム全てから美しすぎるシービューや日の出を見ることができました。広くて明るくてとても快適な部屋。プールやバーやジムからも素晴らしい眺め。ジャグジーやサウナもありました。
朝食はビュッフェだけでなく、別途ベトナム料理や西洋料理から選べるオーダーメニューもあり、充実していました。
フォーポインツはシンプルなビジネスライクなホテルのイメージがあったのですが、ここは細かいところに気を配ってくれているリゾートホテルだと感じました。また宿泊したいです。

A UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is located a 5-minute walk along the river from Old Town. We stayed 3 nights at this 5-star hotel affiliated with Accor Hotels.
It is about 45 minutes by grab taxi from Da Nang airport. It is located away from the hustle and bustle but with many casual restaurants on your doorstep, convenient.
Nice rooms with designs on the closets, ceilings and partition doors. Lighting was dark. Bathrobes fluffy. Evening turn down service was available.
The rooftop bar on the 8th floor is the highest rooftop bar in town and has a great view of Hoi An. The clientele seemed to be mostly westerners. It is a comfortable hotel.

ユネスコ世界遺産に登録されている、オールドタウンから川沿いに徒歩5分ほどの立地。アコーホテルズ系列のこの5つ星ホテルに3泊しました。
ダナン空港からはグラブで45分ほど。喧騒から離れているけど、目の前にはたくさんのカジュアルなレストランがあって便利な立地です。
クローゼットや天井や仕切りドアにもデザインが施されている素敵な部屋。ライティングは暗めでした。バスローブがふわふわ。夕方のターンダウンサービスもありました。
8階にあるルーフトップバーは街で最も高いところにあるルーフトップバーらしく、ホイアンを一望できて素敵。客層は西洋人が多い感じでした。快適なホテルです。
