No Pork, No Lard

Ramadan Buffet at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur. “Sajian Istimewa” means Special Dishes. And the team led by Chef Safee will be serving up specialties from all over Malaysia at outdoor bazaar stalls.
Laksa Johor, Tempoyak (stewed fermented durian) with patin fish, and Malacca's baked coconut sweets (a rarity, I've never seen it before)! etc. I was also pleased to see that Shangri-La's buffet has a wide selection of another non-Malay dishes. You can enjoy high quality Chinese, Italian, Western, Indian, and even seafood such as lobster. Overall, it is luxurious, upscale, and a wonderful place to spend a wonderful time.

シャングリラクアラルンプールのラマダンビュッフェ。Sajian Istimewa は特別料理という意味。Safeeシェフが率いるチームが、アウトドアのバザール屋台でマレーシア各地の名物料理を振る舞います。ラクサジョホール、パティンフィッシュのテンポヤック(発酵させたドリアンを使用した煮込み料理)、マラッカの焼きココナッツ菓子(珍しい!はじめて見ました)など。また、シャングリラのビュッフェはマレー料理以外の品揃えも豊富なのが嬉しい。質の高い中華、イタリアン、洋食、インド料理、そしてロブスターなどのシーフードもいただけます。全体的に豪華で高級感があり、素敵なひとときを過ごせます。
