サンウェイカレッジ前のガストロノミー。きちんと手作りでこだわったお料理を、昼も夜も祝日も同価格。申し訳ないくらいの値段で提供しています。調理学校の生徒がキッチンで研修を兼ねているので、このような価格が実現しているそう。パスタのトマトソースが絶品。無料でつくフォッカッチャもバターも手作りで、今回はドライライチを混ぜたクリーミーなバターとはちみつがでてきました。お魚料理のソースが、ガーリックのコクが際立つ複雑な味わいで美味しかったです。カレーや丼メニューもヒュージョンでこだわっています。どのお料理を食べてもちゃんと美味しいです。

Their signature menu is Ice flakes and Soufflé pancakes.
Nuttella pancake RM22 holds banana, Strawberry pancake RM22 holds strawberry.
It is a melting texture on the whole with plenty of gentle sweetness cream. The new texture is heaven !
韓国のスノーアイスカフェがオースティンの工場街近くにオープン。韓国でとても人気のあるこの店は、東京の新大久保にもあります。
シグネイチャーメニューはスノーアイスとスフレパンケーキで、スフレパンケーキは他国のホミビンにはなく、このJB店ではじめてお目見え。
焼いた後冷やしてからフルーツやクリームをサンドして提供されるので、焼きたてのふわふわとは食感が異なり、しっとりと全体がクリームのようにとろけて馴染む感じが新しい。クリームは甘さ控えめで、ストロベリー味もヌテラ味も上品でとてもおいしいです。数ヶ月後には、同じビルにホットクのような韓国スナックを売る店と韓国レストランがオープンする予定とのことで、新たな人気スポットになりそうです。スノーアイスもとても美味しそうでした。
