Wow! So beautiful place! Nice products! Delicious breads and cakes!
When I arrived here, very surprised.
A beautiful house on a huge plot of land appears as you enter a busy street.
A 120-year-old mansion has been converted into an event space, select shop and café. This is probably the first place in Johor with this kind of atmosphere.
The selection is 80% beautiful, made-in-Malaysia, and the “Champs x RUEYS” café serves good Tea and coffee, bread and mille crepes from “Champs Boulangerie”, so whatever you eat will be delicious.
Creams that are not too sweet and have the richness and flavour of the ingredients. Bread with a good texture.
I completely loved it.
There are plenty of parking spaces.
It's going to be a popular spot and crowded for a while from the weekend.

ここに着いた時から驚き、興奮しました。
混みいった道を入ると現れる巨大な敷地に美しい家。築120年の邸宅を改装した、イベントスペースとセレクトショップとカフェ。こんな雰囲気の場所は、ジョホールでは初ではないでしょうか。
セレクトされたものたちは、80%がメイドインマレーシアの美しい、こだわりのあるものたち。Chams × RUEYS のカフェは、あのドンクで修行したChamps Boulangerieのパンとミルクレープだから、何を食べてもとてもおいしい。甘さ控えめで材料のコクと風味をしっかり感じられるクリーム。食感の良いパン。
すっかり気に入りました。
駐車スペースもたくさんあります。
人気スポットになって週末からしばらくは混みそう。

It’s Japanese style Bakery & Mille Crepe speciality shop. Owner Bakery Chef: Yong Hao’s breads are always high quality, sophisticated, not too sweet, and tasty.
A great bakery that is dedicated to quality control and serving good breads and cakes in a steady way.
This time, cafe space became more natural comfortable atmosphere. And we can enjoy new breads and Mille Crepe too.

ビジネスを一歩一歩着実に進めたいと、クオリティ管理にこだわり、地道においしいものを提供している素晴らしいお店。
食パンやバゲットはもちろん、カスタードやクリーム系のパンも甘さ控えめで優しい味。
雰囲気の良い店内でのイートインも楽しめます。近所の人々に愛されているお店。

Real Japanese taste ! Do you know ? JB has a bakery that has been making the same taste as the popular bakery “ DONQ” in Japan since 1905!
DONQ, which has been in Japan for 116 years, now has stores in Thailand and Hong Kong etc. This owner chef learnt breads for 7years at a shop in Singapore, opened this Champs bakery in JB.
The most important is flour for bread.
He uses the same high quality flour. So I felt it’s very Japanese bread taste.
Looks simple. Taste is super delicious. Especially, Baguette ( French bread), Shokupan ( Loaf Bread), Croissant are good. I think this Melon bread is the best on JB. ( price range: RM2.9-5.2 per pc).
Everyday there are around 40 kinds of breads.
Mille Crepe also very tasty. Best Seller is Sea salt, Hokkaido and Royal Chocolate.( RM12.9-13.9 per pc).
You can order Whole Mille Crepe too.
Despite being far away, many Japanese are repeaters.

食べた瞬間、「ああ懐かしい、日本のパンだ！」と思いました。
日本人のあまりいない地域、Impian Emasのショップロットに2019年にオープンしたパン屋さん。
1905年創業のおいしいパン屋さん「DONQ」のシンガポール店で7年働いた後、オーナーはJBに、パンとミルクレープ専門店をオープン。ドンクと全く同じ上質な粉を使っているので、パンの味はまさしく日本のパン。
人気はフランスパン、ソフトフランスのアンバターパン、クロワッサン。私はここのメロンパンはJB1おいしいと思いました。
食パンもまさに日本の食パン。
見た目はシンプルで懐かしい感じ。食べるとその美味しさにリピーター続出。
抹茶クリームや玄米カスタードなども香り良く風味が良く生きています。
ミルクレープも繊細で洗練した味。
