こちらではお肉がショーケースに並び、それを選んで調理してもらいます。
シンプルに焼いた良質なお肉は美味しい。
和牛数種とラム、スペインでオリーブを食べて育ったオリーブポーク、チキンから好きなものを選ぶと、焼いてソースと塩、マスタードを添えてくれます。
メニューにはスープとサラダ、パスタなどもあり。ワインリストは3ページほど。ビールのセレクションも。
