I enjoyed special combo menu of this celebrations. “Yuzu-Inspired Chef’s Special Combo”.
It was my first experience to have combination of Tonkotsu Pork broth and Yuzu. Not only adding Yuzu peal, but also Yuzu juice. So we feel great Umami and refreshing with nice aroma. Delicious!

マレーシアでは10周年！これを記念した、ゆず尽くしのスペシャル・コンボ・メニューをいただきました。
とんこつとゆずの組み合わせは初めての経験。ゆずの皮だけでなく、ゆずの果汁も入っているので、柚子の香りと、爽やかさと、豚骨スープのうまみを感じる素晴らしいコンビネーション。おいしい！
ゆずのモクテルやゆずアイスも美味しいです。年末まで継続の特別メニューです。ぜひお試しを！
