Nordic Minimalist Cafe at Adda Heights.
Not only does this place serve great coffee, but the food and desserts are more than just café quality.
Bagels and pizzas are made from dough, and all sauces are homemade. The food is fresh and delicious.
In addition to the creative bread-based assortment, the menu has been expanded to include rice, pasta, five types of chicken wings, and three types of pizza on weekends. There is also a standard menu, which is good for kids and families.
I liked the garlic parmesan chicken wings and the Johor laksa with octopus.

ここでは、おいしいコーヒーを提供しているのはもちろんのこと、料理やデザートはカフェ以上のクオリティ。ベーグルやピザも生地から作り、ソース類もすべて自家製。新鮮で美味しいものがいただけます。
クリエイティブなパン系の品揃えに加えて、ごはんやパスタ、5種のチキンウイング、週末には3種のピザも加わり、さらに充実したメニューになりました。スタンダードなメニューもあるので、お子様や家族連れにもいい感じ。
私はガーリックパルメザンチキンウイングとタコ入りジョホールラクサが気に入りました。

The St.Regis Singapore @ Tanglin Road, Singapore
A classic luxury hotel as beautiful as a museum. Opened in 2008, the St. Regis Singapore is one of more than 60 St. Regis hotels worldwide, which began in New York in 1904 (the founder passed away in the sinking of the Titanic).
All rooms have butler service.
As the hotel's philosophy states, "Delivering memorable experiences for families is a sophisticated way of life," I felt that they respected my 12-year-old son as if he were an adult, and the hospitality was one of the finest I have ever experienced at any hotel I have stayed at.
We stayed in a penthouse king room, which was not only gorgeous and uplifting, but also calm and relaxing. The staff was wonderful, including Ms.Syikin, the guest relations manager, who listened to our requests before we told her. We had a memorable birthday.
Breakfast is a main dish order style. The special Bak Kut Teh and pretzel croissant were very tasty. Get there early before it gets crowded.
Art tours are available upon request and I definitely recommend it.

全室バトラーサービス付き。
「ファミリーの思い出に残る体験を届けるのが洗練された生き方」という理念のとおり、12歳の息子を1人の大人のように尊重してくれている感じがあり、これまで宿泊したホテルの中でも、最も素晴らしいホスピタリティを感じました。
ペントハウスキングルームに滞在しましたが、ゴージャスで気分が高まるだけでなく、落ち着いてリラックスできる雰囲気。こちらから伝える前に要望を聞いてくれるゲストリレーションマネージャーのSyikin さんをはじめ、素晴らしいスタッフの方々。思い出に残るバースデーを過ごさせていただきました。
朝食はメインディッシュをオーダーする形式。特製バクテーとプレッツェルクロワッサンがとてもおいしかったです。混む前に早めの時間に行きましょう。
アートツアーは要望に応じて開催してくれるので、絶対オススメ。

A hotel like a museum! I stayed one night at the St. Regis Hotel in Singapore. (I will write a review of my stay at a later date.)
The St. Regis Singapore opened in 2008. From the hotel grounds to the spacious lobby with paintings and statues everywhere, it looks like a museum.
They offer art tours of the hotel upon guest request.
Butler, Mr. Elfy, led us on the tour, which lasted about an hour and was wonderfully interesting.
All of the artwork is the personal property of the owners. Smaller pieces are to be replaced periodically. The design and colors of the hotel began with the winning bid of a painting at an auction.
Many of them were designed and arranged based on Feng Shui, and I really enjoyed learning about the unique sensibilities of Asian millionaires.
After the art tour, we were also shown the "Presidential Suite" (about 11700 Singapore Dollar per night!), the highest class room where royal families, politicians, and celebrities from various countries stay. It’s like castle!
Afterwards, we were served a chili buddy flavor, a Singaporean version of the Bloody Mary cocktail , which originated in 1932, at the St. Regis New York.
Each St. Regis in each country offers its own signature Bloody Mary, I was told.
It was a rare opportunity to experience the great history and art of St. Regis, thanks to the hospitality of Mr. Elfy.

美術館のようなホテル！シンガポールにあるセントレジスホテルに1泊しました。(宿泊レビューは後日書きます。)
2008年にオープンしたセントレジスシンガポール。ホテルの敷地から、広いロビーのあちこちに絵画や銅像が飾られ、まるで美術館のよう。
ゲストの要望によって、館内のアートツアーを実施してくれます。バトラーのElfy氏に案内してもらいましたが、1時間ほどのツアーは素晴らしく興味深いものでした。
全てのアート作品はオーナー個人の所有物だそう。小さな作品は定期的に取り替えられること。各国のアーティストの作品は、ただ飾られているだけでなく、そこにある意味があること。1枚の絵をオークションで落札したことから始まった、ホテルのデザインやカラー。
風水に基づいてデザインや配置されているものも多く、アジアの大富豪ならではの感覚を知ることができ、本当に楽しかったです。
アートツアーのあと、各国の王室や政治家、セレブリティが宿泊する、最上級の部屋「プレンジデンシャル スイート(1泊約130万円！)も見せていただいた。まるでお城のようなゴージャスさ！
その後、セントレジスニューヨークで1932年発祥のブラッディーメリーのシンガポールバージョン、チリバディ風味もいただきました。各国のセントレジスそれぞれが、独自のブラッディメリーをシグネイチャーとして提供しているそうです。
セントレジスの偉大な歴史とアートに触れた貴重な時間でした。Elfy氏のホスピタリティに感謝。

Customer appreciation Night @ The View Bar, St.Giles Southkey, JB
I had invitation for this event from St. Giles Southkey.
Since its opening, this hotel has been extremely packed, even on weekdays, due to the convenience of being connected to a shopping mall.
In response to the hotel's success, there are frequent media events and other events that give the feeling that the entire team is working together to make it even more exciting, and the teamwork and hospitality are wonderful.
The event included a greeting from General Manager TeeKay, a live band, food, a quiz and a lucky draw.
It was raining heavily when the event started, but even with overcast skies the view from this view bar was dramatic.

このホテルは、ショッピングモールに接続しているという利便性で、オープン以来、平日でも超満員の日々。
ホテルの盛況さに応じて、メディアイベントなども頻繁にあり、一丸となってより一層盛り上げている感じがして、チームワークやおもてなしの気持ちが素晴らしい。
このイベントでは、ゼネラルマネージャーTeeKay氏の挨拶、生バンドや食事、クイズとラッキードローがありました。
イベント開始時には大雨でしたが、曇り空でもこのビューバーからの眺めはドラマチックでした。
素敵な夜をありがとうございました。
