今年もサンペレグリノ主催の、アジアの50ベストBAR 2021 が発表されました。
例年通り、日本やシンガポールのランキング入りが多いのですが、マレーシアではクアラルンプールの上記3店が入りました。
写真は、12位に入ったフォーシーズンズホテル内のBar Trigona。
大好きな、シンガポールのAtlasは7位でした。早く行けるようになりますように。

It’s The 2nd Chicken rice shop started from Setia Indah.
The chef has 30years experience of roasted meat. He really likes chicken rice, so opened this shop.
Kampung Chicken ( whole RM56) is tender, Juicy, smooth. We can enjoy it with mild ginger sauce. And their Fragrant rice RM1.8 is very special. Tasty!
They have Roasted chicken, Charsiew, Roasted Pork too.
Crystal chicken feet RM8, Braised 酸辣菜RM10.8, 蒸肉餅RM11.8, Chicken Rice RM5.5.

セティアインダーからはじまった、チキンライスショップの2号店が、本日ジョホールジャヤにオープン。
30年以上のローストミート作りの経験があるシェフが、 チキンライスが好きすぎてオープンしたお店。
カンポンチキンはジューシーでしっとりでトゥルトゥルの皮。マイルドな新生姜ソースと共にいただきます。ご飯も1粒1粒立っていておいしいです。チャーシューやローストポーク、もやしなどサイドメニューもいろいろあり。骨なしになって、グロテスクではない見た目のチキンフィートは珍しい。コラーゲンたっぷり。

The Westin Desaru Coast Resort @ Desaru Coast, Johor
Westin Hotel at Desaru Coast. They have private beach.
I often stay here. The sea view from the windows and terrace make relax us. All room have big bathtub. The “ Heavenly Bed” is one of the most comfortable bed of all the hotels in Johor.
The breakfast is very tasty. You must eat croissant here.
During Ramadan, they serve Sahur room service ( around 4:30am)to Muslim customers. Tiffin breakfast is nice !
Another customers have breakfast buffet at restaurant.
And for dinner, “The Selera Citarasa Johor dinner buffet” is available until 16 May at RM128nett/person.

私はデサルに来る時はよくここに宿泊しています。
全室に大きくて深いバスタブとテラスがあり、部屋から海を望む爽快感。ここのヘヴンリーベッドは、マレーシアのホテルの中では、最も快適なベッドのうちのひとつだと思います。朝食も美味しく、とくにパンの品揃えはグルテンフリーなども充実。焼きたてクロワッサンはマストです。
ラマダン中の現在は、いつも通りの営業ですが、ムスリムのお客は、日の出前の朝4:30ごろにルームサービスが運ばれます。ティフィン缶に料理が入っていて素敵。
ビュッフェディナーはラマダンからハリラヤまで毎日実施中。

Today New Open! French Macaron Speciality shop.
I don't need macarons that are just cute. Yes. I want really delicious macarons.
So I’m very glad their shop’s open.
Patissier Mr. Louis produced here. Previously He worked at Famous French Macaron brand. He pursued high quality ingredients, The macaron taste is very authentic and nice.
We can feel to travel France when we eat them. And we can travel ( Voyage ) with these seasonal 12 kinds of Macaron.
Bring to picnic and party! Gift and share to favourite people. Mother’s Day will come soon!
The packaging is beautiful. Very suitable to gift.
Louis’s most recommend is “Yuzu”. It’s excellent. I like “Black pepper, Mango & Cheese” too.
They also have delicious Verinne ( glass desert) RM18 and Ice cream RM8.9〜.

今日オープン！マカロンの世界的有名店、ピエールエルメのマカオ店で経験があるスーパーパティシエのルイス氏が、マカロン専門ブランドをプロデュース。本日1号店がオープンしました。タマンガヤのショップロット、製菓食材屋さんの中。パリのレシピを忠実に再現しつつ、オリジナルのフレーバーも。季節ごとに変わる12種のマカロンが随時楽しめます。彼イチオシは柚子。入手困難な柚子ジュースを使い、爽やかで香り高いです。私はペッパーマンゴークリームチーズも気に入りましたが、どれも美味しいので、好みのものをセレクトしましょう。
旅のお供に持って行って欲しいというコンセプトから、De Voyageという名がつきました。グラスデザートのベリーヌや、アイスクリームも本格味でとても美味しい。パッケージも素敵で、贈り物にもぴったり。フランスのしっかりした甘さの中にも、ガナッシュの美味しさが引き立ちます。見た目の可愛さだけでなく、おいしいからオススメ。
