Shoyu Tonkotsu soup, which is a combination of pork bone soup rich flavor and bonito umami flavor, will become addictive once it is eaten. Noodles are 100% homemade, and there are 2 type noodles suits for ramen and dry noodles.
There are many repeater customers visiting this restaurant from Singapore and far place of Johor Bahru. And whenever we come to this restaurant, they keep the quality of the taste and it is a great service.
The most popular Shoyu ramen RM22 is always delicious, but there are many menus that I want you try. Sweet and sour complex flavored Katsuo Tsukemen ( noodle dipping in Bonito soup)RM24, Aka Fuji ramen( spicy miso ramen) RM28, and spicy, Taiwan Maze Soba (Taiwan style spicy dry noodle) RM24 is the recent trends in Japan. モレックにもあるマイリベリカコーヒーですが、基盤店がエコビジネスパーク内にオープン。
セリオースティンから5分ほど奥の場所で、コーヒーを飲むためだけにわざわざ来るような場所ですが、コーヒー好きのお客で賑わっています。
世界3大コーヒーのうちの1つであるリベリカ種ですが、流通量は全体の1パーセント以下。この希少なコーヒーでマレーシア育ちのものを店内でローストして提供しています。豆の購入もできます。
また、コーヒーチェリー(果肉の部分)を乾燥させて紅茶の要領で煮出したカスカラティーや、そのソフトクリームも。コーヒーのイメージで食べたら全然違って、酸味がありフルーティーな味のカスカラ。私も初めて食しました。セルフサービスでメニュー自体はシンプル。本当にこだわったコーヒーが飲めます。
