They come from Kagawa prefecture in Japan.

Kokomo Sushi JB is the first branch in abroad.
They pursue delicious rice, buy just milled freshly Japanese rice weekly.
(Because the founder had a rice shop, there is a particular emphasis on delicious rice).
You can enjoy Authentic Sushi here as you are in Japan. No need to go Japan !
Not only Sushi, they serve reasonable Set meal and Udon noodle etc.
Must eat Selected high quality Saba (mackerel ).
Udon is a speciality of Kagawa prefecture ！

四国に9店舗。45年の歴史がある香川県発祥の「ここも寿司」。JB店は海外1号店です。
創業者が元々お米屋さんだったことから、お米の美味しさへのこだわりはものすごい。使用している日本米は、白米と寿司にそれぞれ合う異なる種類を使用。精米したての美味しさをキープするため、毎週KLで精米して仕入れています。
シャリの温度と固さも、「日本のお寿司」としてのこだわりが。ローカルのお寿司屋さんだと、冷たいご飯でぎゅっと詰まったお寿司が定番ですが、こちらでは、ほんのりあたたかくて、口に入れた時にネタと一緒にほどける状態にしているそう。
お寿司は、サーモン、うなぎ、ぶりが人気。最近ではホタテやタコも多く出るそう。
数種類からこだわって選んだ鯖の定食も、とても人気だそう。肉厚で脂がのっていて香ばしくて美味しい！
また、香川県のお店ならでは！讃岐うどんも必食。

オースティンの膳戸の右のほうにオープンしたローカルスタイルカフェ。コピティアムの感じですが、冷房も電源もあってくつろげます。朝7:30オープンというのは嬉しい。
お値段は全体的にリーズナブル。朝食セットはコーヒーか紅茶付きでお得。
