Simple and excellent taste.
ポポロ広場とスペイン広場の間にあるレストラン。偶然入ったら、4代続く彫刻家のアトリエ跡地とのことで、もうそれは美しい。レモンパスタ10ユーロ。レモンとパルミジャーノと塩だけのシンプルパスタ。もちもちのキターラとあわさって至福の味。

JB1のワンタン麺との呼び声が高いお店。麺にしっかりコシがあり、ワンタンには具がたっぷりでさすが。1930年から続く老舗で雰囲気もよい。8月にはシティスクエアに移転オープン。写真では普通ですが食べたら違いがわかる美味しさです。
