ブキインダのショップロット(kumonのすぐ近く)にあるノルウェーサーモン料理のローカル店。
専門工場からサーモンを仕入れていて、KLに次いでJBは2店舗目。
頭やカマやハラスの部分を多く使った麺や粥などがありますが、新鮮ですごくリーズナブル。シンプルに美味しく、ボリュームもたっぷり。
サーモンヘッドカレーとお粥がとくにオススメです。

22日にブキインダにオープンする「宝舟」。赤富士の2号店ですが、こちらは豚肉のお料理もあります。(赤富士はノーポーク。)
間違いなくおいしい日本の味。お刺身が新鮮なのはもちろんですが、特製の豚骨ラーメンは必食です。
