美味しいコーヒーとケーキがいただけるブルーオーケストラ。今回、食事をオーダーしたら洗練されていて驚き。ポークチョップは、分厚い真空調理したボリュームたっぷりのポークのグリルに、ハニーマスタード味のシャッキリ紫キャベツ、柔らかくて絶妙な人参のコンフィ(1本分！)、滑らかなかぼちゃのピューレがついて、ローズマリーの香りもする、というものでした。シンプルで美味しい！

ハラルのイタリアン、ウェスタン、ローカルレストラン。ジェノヴァソースやトマトソース自体の味は本格的でとてもよいけど、マレーシアスタイルにアレンジされていて不思議な感じ。スパイシーなジェノヴァソースにのったビーフステーキはバーベキューソース味。アーリオオーリオには生のチリバディ入り。シンプルなマルゲリータにマヨネーズがかかってたり。
でもマレースタイルだと思って食べればとても美味しいです。地元の人に人気のお店。

Laksa restaurant. I already introduced this Laksa before (check the previous post in the following URL). Today I will introduce their soup noodle. Teow chew soup/ dry style are also very nice! Pork innards, fishball and clam are on it. Homemaid noodle is stiffness and good with seafood and pork soup.

以前に紹介済みのラクサで有名なお店ですが、スープ系のヌードルもおすすめ。ティアオチュウヌードルは、豚肉の内臓やミンチ、フィッシュボール、ハマグリも入って、あっさり味のスープです。麺は選べますが、ホームメイドヌードルはコシがあり、あっさり塩ラーメンを食べているよう。パクチーを抜けば子供も食べやすいです。ここで外せないのがフレッシュジュース。4RM程度ですが、美味しい。個人的にはパッションフルーツがあっさり甘めで、ラクサの辛さに合います。
