The place is behind of Angsana Mall.
It’s One Stop Place for Tourists and local families to know good Johor more.
It packed with F&B, Food Truck, Box Park, Retail Bazar and Arts Culture.
There are 219 shops and stalls.
Murtabak Cheese RM14( by Murtabak HJ.Suffi), Kacang Pool RM8, Ice Jagung RM7 ( by CUPCHAI), Daging Salai RM10.9, Ayam Salai RM8.9 ( by JDM Salai House), Teh O Ice Kosong RM2.5.
I first time eat this Salai food. Salai means Smoke. Spicy smoke sauce has very unique impact smell. Some one like, someone can’t eat. Interesting !

場所はアンサナモールの裏。広い敷地に219の物販や飲食のショップや屋台が入り、ステージでは1日3回、ダンスなどのショーが行われます。
フードストールのものをいくつかオーダーしてみました。
マレー版お好み焼きのムルタバチーズは安定の美味しさ。ミートソースをアレンジしたカチャンプールも、この店のものは有名で人気。とうもろこしのかき氷、アイスジャグンもここのものはシンプルで美味しいのです。
スモークという意味のセライという料理の店があり、ビーフとチキンをオーダーしました。グリルした素材にピリ辛のスモークソースがかかっているのですが、なんともインパクトのあるすごい匂いで、初めて出会う料理でした。好みがハッキリ別れそうです。

The owner manage many Japanese restaurants in Singapore, they bring this chicken Ramen Speciality restaurant and Ramen culture to JB!
Ramen’s soul “ chicken Paitan Soup” is cooked over 6 hours everyday. It include a lot of collagens.
Popular menu is Signature Black Garlic Ramen RM29. If you like spicy taste, will love Spicy miso ramen RM25. Teriyaki chicken Tsukemen RM31 also good. The green color of Leak and Chive oil is beautiful and tasty. Soft boiled Egg is Perfect !

毎日6時間以上煮込み、コラーゲンたっぷりのパイタンスープが出来上がります。醤油ラーメンは本格的で優しいお味。スパイシー味噌はしっかり辛くてガツンと濃いです。シグネイチャーの黒ガーリックは華やかな香り。
サイドメニューのカリカリの鶏皮や絶妙な美味しさの照り焼きチキン、卵黄をつけるつくねなど、質が高くさすがシンガポールから来たお店、と感じます。専門店のカルチャーをマレーシアに伝えたい、と、メニューが麺といくつかのサイドメニューだけに絞られているのもこだわりを感じさせます。
