A beautiful house cafe.
Freshly baked croissants, breakfast menu, pasta, and delicious coffee and green tea are available.
The cafe is comfortable with lots of windows overlooking the terrace and bright sunlight.
I loved the classic and simple atmosphere here.
The tagliatelle in pesto sauce with dried tomatoes was very delicious! The chef's signature chili salted egg soft shell crab squid ink pasta was a great combination of soft shell crab with a mild, rich, and tangy sauce.
They will be able to use the upstairs seating in the future.

たくさんの窓からテラスが眺められ、明るい日差しが入る心地よい店内。
クラシックでシンプルな店内の雰囲気はとても気に入りました。
ドライトマトが入ったペストソースのタリアテッレはとてもおいしかった。シェフのシグネイチャーであるチリソルティッドエッグソフトシェルクラブイカ墨パスタは、まろやかで濃厚、ピリリとしたソースとソフトシェルクラブの相性が抜群。
今後2階席も使えるようになるそうです。

“Yam Soya Shaving Ice” include Peanut Mochi and Steamed Yam. Soya shaving ice is mild sweetness. Gently taste!
Warm Tart also good!

店はFives Hotelの中、Komtar JBCCの向かいです。
11種類のシェービングアイスは美しく、ヘルシーでやさしい甘さでおいしい。
6種類のプディングタルト、ユーチャークエシリーズ、クッキーもあります。
「スイカとローズのかき氷」は、とっても爽やか。スイカ100％のシェービングアイスは、甘すぎず、フルーツの味が楽しめます。ローズシロップや寒天ジェリーとの組み合わせも絶妙です。
「タロ芋と豆乳のかき氷」は、ピーナッツ餅と蒸したタロ芋が入った豆乳のかき氷。甘さ控えめでとても優しい味わい。
温かいタルトも美味しいし、パンなども買えるようになるそう。(パン工房のパン！)
ゆっくりできて便利な場所。ファイブスホテルの駐車場に停められて、駐車券に店でスタンプを貰えば無料で駐車できます。
マレーシアの伝統スタイルのヒュージョンなので、観光客にもおすすめ。

Found a nice cafe where you can relax!
The cafe is located on the 1st floor of Eco Botanic.
When you open the door, you can smell the good aroma of lemongrass.
This place seems to be a workshop where you can experience soap making, and the cafe is located next to it.
The high tea set, which can be ordered all day long, includes a choice of cheesecake and a drink for RM19.9. The coffee is strong side, the cake is gentle. A space where you can relax.
If you want to eat lunch meals, you can order delivery from nearby poke bowls and Korean cafes.

最近、多くのスタッフが新しくなりましたが、それでも伝説的なプロフェッショナルなスタッフがいて、いつも温かく歓迎してくれるのがうれしいです。
今回はジュニアスイートに泊まりました。
エグゼクティブラウンジ（12歳以上入場可）では、セイボリー、サンドウィッチ、スイーツとカクテルがサーブされますが、ラウンジがオープンしているのはカクテルタイムのみでした。

Usually I go to hotel for eating. But sometimes I want more casual, reasonable place.
This Kopitiam opened in September 2022. The place is road side, in Tunamaya Resort’s land.
There are many Kopitiam menu.
Especially I like their Curry Chicken and Lala White Beehoon.

普段はだいたいホテルで食事をしている方が多いと思いますが、たまにはもっとカジュアルでリーズナブルなお店に行きたいですね。
このコピティアムは2022年9月にオープンしました。場所は道路沿い、Tunamaya Resortの敷地内です。
定番のコピティアムメニューがたくさんあり、コピは安定のRM3.2。
いろいろいただきましたが、特にカレーチキンとホワイトビーフンがおいしかったです。

I attended the grand opening ceremony of Y Space, a cultural destination in a renovated historic building.
Ground floor is Bakery Cafe and Select Shop, Upstairs is Event spaces with beautiful water paintings by Johorean Artists.
So Amazing ! 120years historic bungalow has been serving as a residence, Russian restaurant, School, and now a curated creative space!
It’s packed with Each age, deferent People’s memories!!
I think Having such a cultural place is really good for Johor Bahru.

歴史的建造物を改装した文化施設、Yスペースのグランドオープニングセレモニーに参加しました。
1階はベーカリーカフェとセレクトショップ、2階はイベントスペースで、ジョホール出身のアーティストによる美しい水彩画が飾られています。
120年の歴史を持つ美しいバンガローは、時代の移り変わりによって住居、ロシア料理店、学校として利用され、現在はキュレーションされたクリエイティブなスペースとして利用されています。
120年前は個人宅として使われ、60年前はロシアレストラン、30年前はアートスクールだったのです。その時代の人によってここに異なる思い出があるということに、歴史の壮大さを感じます。
このような文化的な場所があることは、ジョホールバルにとって本当に素晴らしいこと。
Datuk Bandar Johor Bahru、Think City、そして創設者のスピーチはとても有意義で興味深いものでした。

It’s Vegetarian Cafe with new concept.
This is a complex vegetarian café with a 南洋Kopitiam-like menu and Asian desserts.
Eletime, a vegetarian café that opened near Sutera Mall in 2019, serving hearty and tasty dishes for everyone, not just vegetarians.
It has survived the Covid period and relocated to Austin with a new concept.
The mee shams and nasi lemak with mushrooms and Omni meat were very tasty and the curry mee was excellent. The Asian desserts were not too sweet and could be finished even after the meal. Everything I had was delicious.

ここは、複合的なベジタリアンカフェで、南洋風コピティアム的なメニューとアジアンデザートが楽しめるお店。
2019年にステラモール近くにオープンしたベジタリアンカフェのEletime。ベジタリアンだけでなく、誰でも楽しめる、ボリュームたっぷりでおいしい料理を出すお店が、コロナ時期を乗り越え、オースティンに移転して新しいコンセプトに生まれ変わりました。
きのこやOmni meat を添えたミーシャムやナシレマはとても美味しく、カリーミーは絶品でした。アジアンデザートは甘さ控えめで、食後でも完食できるほど。何をいただいてもおいしかったです。

クリスマスをテーマにしたセイボリーやスイーツはボリューム満点で、13種類の味をお楽しみいただけます。さらに、7種類のメニューが1品につきRM10で追加できます。
サンドウィッチなどのセイボリーのバランスも良いので、ティータイムだけでなく、ランチタイムにもおすすめです。
私のお気に入りは、アップルウッドノルウェースモークサーモンのブリオッシュ、サテ、タイミルクティーエッグタルト、ドライフルーツとタイムの入ったスコーン。
TWGの紅茶をいただきながらのパーティーもいいですね。
ロビー階には15フィートのクリスマスツリーと本物のジンジャーブレッドハウスがあります。クリスマスムード満点で、気分が盛り上がりますよ。

タマンメロディーの一軒家カフェ。穴場的な場所。
アジアンヒュージョンスタイルで、ローカルメニューとヒュージョン、西洋料理があります。
爽やかでアジアンを取り入れた内装で、パンやアメリカンブレックファーストなどを提供するカフェとはちょっとまた違う感じです。
ゆったりとしていて明るくて心地よい空間。
広い駐車場があるので寄りやすい。
食事は、ローカル料理だと思うと高く感じるかもしれませんが、おいしかったです。

When I arrived here, very surprised.
A beautiful house on a huge plot of land appears as you enter a busy street.
A 120-year-old mansion has been converted into an event space, select shop and café. This is probably the first place in Johor with this kind of atmosphere.
The selection is 80% beautiful, made-in-Malaysia, and the “Champs x RUEYS” café serves good Tea and coffee, bread and mille crepes from “Champs Boulangerie”, so whatever you eat will be delicious.
Creams that are not too sweet and have the richness and flavour of the ingredients. Bread with a good texture.
I completely loved it.
There are plenty of parking spaces.
It's going to be a popular spot and crowded for a while from the weekend.

ここに着いた時から驚き、興奮しました。
混みいった道を入ると現れる巨大な敷地に美しい家。築120年の邸宅を改装した、イベントスペースとセレクトショップとカフェ。こんな雰囲気の場所は、ジョホールでは初ではないでしょうか。
セレクトされたものたちは、80%がメイドインマレーシアの美しい、こだわりのあるものたち。Chams × RUEYS のカフェは、あのドンクで修行したChamps Boulangerieのパンとミルクレープだから、何を食べてもとてもおいしい。甘さ控えめで材料のコクと風味をしっかり感じられるクリーム。食感の良いパン。
すっかり気に入りました。
駐車スペースもたくさんあります。
人気スポットになって週末からしばらくは混みそう。

いいお店見つけた！
ヘルシーなコンセプトのアボカド専門店。
ヘルシーカフェはJBにもいろいろあるけど、アボカド専門店というのがさらに魅力的。
朝食メニューからお茶、夕食メニューまでいろいろあり、ポケボウル的なものから、ケトブレッドやカリフラワーライス、キノアやこんにゃくパスタまである。ヘルシーメニューだけでなく、普通にパンやスパゲティを使用したメニューや、ケーキなどもあり、使い勝手が良さそうです。
バンズの代わりにアボカドでサンドしたアボカドバーガーは、提供しているお店は少ないので嬉しい。
