各種デリバリーでなんでも注文できる現在ですが、冷凍保存できて、必要なときに温めるだけで美味しくいただける手作り料理って、意外とあまりないですよね？
ここは数年前に母と息子でフードトラックからビジネスをはじめて、今はモレックに店を構えています。誠実に調理して提供してくれるいいお店。
今回、冷凍保存できるパックを見てすぐオーダーしてランチとディナーにいただきました。
カレーはチキンたっぷりでまろやかでとても美味しい。1袋で約2人前の量。ピリリとした甘辛ソースに揚げたチキンが絡む料理は食べごたえ十分。ミーフンはシンプルな味付けで、そのままや目玉焼き添えでも美味しいですが、子供はアボカドと一緒にいただくことを好みました。
他にもミートソースや数種の炒飯のラインナップがあります。
1人や家族の食事にぴったり。これはきっとリピートします！

Cappuccino RM7.9 don’t use caw milk. It’s plant base milk. But I didn’t realise the deferent of taste.
And their Organic cakes is popular. Tiramisu cake RM12.8. No eggs, no milk, no softener. All plant base ingredients.
Ask owner what kinds of food you want. She will advise you!

通常、ビーガンカフェというと西洋式のメニューが多い印象ですが、こちらではマレー、インドネシア、タイ、日本、インド風と、アジアのスパイスを使用した、日常に根付く料理をリーズナブルにいただけます。
野菜たっぷりで、火の通り方も絶妙な品々。

3ヶ月ごとにメニューが少しずつ変わります。
ここの良いところは、甘いものばかりでなく、ランチにちょうどよい塩気のあるものの品揃えが豊富なことと、お昼12時から提供しているので、ランチ代わりにできること。
2人で1セットの注文がオススメですが、すごいボリュームなので、ドリンクを別にオーダーして、3-4人でシェアするのもOK。

Their speciality is cakes looks like fruits.
Super high quality ! I surprised something.
The fruit puree inside is just seasonal fruits and juice without using sugar. So fruity.
Tea mousse is light, smooth and very soft.
And The white chocolate that wraps them is less than 1 mm thin.
I think very few people can make cakes of this level.
Patissier Chef learnt sweets for over 2 years in France.
Cakes are not reasonable. 1p around RM24. But Worth eating. When taking away, you need to pay attention to temperature control.

ここのケーキはちょっとすごい。このレベルを作れるパティシエがJBにいるんだ、と驚きました。
ponderosaのショップロットにオープンしたフレンチスタイルのケーキ屋さん。
店内はかなりシンプルで、ケーキの品揃えもそんなに多くはなく、1つRM24前後と高級。
でもいただくと、外見の可愛らしさだけでなく、東京のトップレベルのパティシエに匹敵するクオリティのケーキです。
1ミリ以下の薄さのパリっとしたホワイトチョコを割ると、軽くとろけるやわらかさの、繊細で香り高いムース。そして中から溢れるフルーツピューレには砂糖を使わず旬のフルーツとジュースだけ。ものすごくフルーティで軽い、素晴らしいデザートです。
1種類のケーキを作るのに8-9時間かかるとのこと。
温度管理に気をつかっているので、テイクアウトしたい場合には事前に連絡すると冷凍しておいてくれるとのこと。
そして帰宅後、45分間冷蔵庫で自然解凍してからいただくのがベスト。
ジョホールでは温度管理はむずかしいので、お店でいただくのがベストコンディション。

1人ご飯にぴったりな本格タイ料理とコーヒーがいただけます。
どれもガツンとインパクトのある味わいでしっかり辛め。ココナツミルクなどのマイルド味が好みの方には強いと感じるかもしれません。メリハリのあるインパクトが好きな方は気にいるでしょう。おいしかったです。
レモングラスのお茶がベースのトムヤムティーがすごく爽やかでいい感じ。

Vburg Cafe の新しいブランド、LifeXtyle Cafe がプテリハーバーのティーガの向かい、Almasにオープンしました。
ステラーインターナショナルスクールと同じ建物で、路面に駐車できます。
ここではパンは販売しておらず、カフェメニューが中心。
朝8時から開いていて、トルコ式やオーストラリア式やマレー式など、いくつかの朝食メニューを注文すると、11時まではコーヒーか紅茶が無料でつきます。
キッズメニューもあり。
卵は放し飼いのものを使用していて、どれも質が高いのですが、いろいろいただいた中で私が気に入ったのはブルーピーの花の青いライス、ナシレンダン。魚も鶏肉も使用せず、ベジタリアンでここまで旨味を出せるのはすごい。
もうすぐまたメニューも増え、ハイティーなどもはじまる予定とのこと。
楽しみです。

There are many special coffee menu.
Espresso Pop( Hibiscus flavore) RM13 is interesting. Taste is like flagrant black beer. When Espresso shot put in Soda, bubbles come out. Bitter, flagrant, little bit sour by hibiscus.
Coffee Blossom RM15 is coffee flower tea. We can relax with sophisticated fragrance.
About food, all sauces are made from natural ingredients. They don’t use ready-made sauces. So taste is fresh and delicious.
Lavender Lemon Honey Chicken Chop RM23 is their signature menu.
During Weekday lunch time 12-2pm, when we order Maindish or Rice or Pasta menu, can get free Americano or Tea or Hibiscus Soda.

Individually wrapped cookies are in a nice red can box. Taste is very sophisticated.
My most favorite taste is “ Chocolate Peanut Sandwich Biscuits” 18pkt RM42.9.
Very light and crisp bitter chocolate flavored sable with sandwiched no sweet peanut butter. Excellent combination of taste and texture！
My friends like “Sesame Cookies” 2pc×18pct RM32.9 and “ Chocolate Almond Cookies” 2pc×18pct RM32.9.
Not too sweet, 2pc in 1pct. Very tasty.
“ Pina Colada Tuiles” 24pct RM39.9. Is suitable as Malaysia souvenir. It’s tuiles with dried coconut flake and dried pineapple.
Some cookies are eggless.

美味しいパン屋さんのVburgが、ニューイヤー ギフト用のクッキーなどを売り出し開始しました。
赤い缶に個包装のクッキーが入っていて、スリーブがかかかっています。
14種あるのですが、私のイチオシは軽くてサクサクの上質なビターチョコサブレに、甘さを極力抑えたピーナツバターのサンド。洗練された美味しさです。
黒ごまクッキーやチョコアーモンドクッキーは程よい大きさと薄さのクッキーが2枚1袋に入っていて食べやすい。甘さ控えめ。
カリカリのココナツフレークとドライパイナップルをチュイルにしたお菓子はマレーシア土産としてぴったり。パイナップル会社とコラボしたパイナップルタルトなども美味しいです。
卵を使っていない、アールグレイオレンジクッキーやクランベリーチアシードクッキーもあります。
お店で買えますが、ある程度の量ならオーダーしてデリバリーもしてくれるとのこと。

モレックのリベリカコーヒーが、金-日の夜9時から深夜1時まで、このときだけバーに早変わり。
台湾で10年のバーテンダーの経験を持つデクスターさんの作る、コーヒーに関連したカクテルは、どれも香り高くすっきりしてたまにビターで美味しい。
コーヒーカクテルというと、甘いコーヒーがただカクテルにブレンドされたようなイメージを持ちますが、実際は隠し味程度のビターさや、コーヒーの花の香りづけされた感じや、コーヒーチェリーの酸味を感じる爽やかさだったり、かなりレベルの高いカクテル達。フードの焼き鳥もとてもおいしいし、ボトルワインはRM130でお手頃だし、大人の雰囲気が漂っていて、とてもよい空間です。
バーテンダーに好みの味を伝えて作ってもらうといいでしょう。

食後の満足感が素晴らしいベジタリアン料理の数々が楽しめますが、明日から夜の営業時間が11時まで延長になり、ディナー専用メニューも登場しました。
サワードゥのピザは数種あり、麻辣味は絶妙で結構辛いです。辛さが苦手ならマルゲリータを。ビーガンチーズに変更することもできます。
ほうれん草とマッシュルームを詰めたラビオリは、サンバル味やタイバジル味がありオリエンタルヒュージョン。マッシュルームチョップは2種のキノコを3層にしてあり、食感抜群でチキンみたい。ドリンクもいろいろ凝っています。
最初に出てくるバゲットや抹茶バターも美味しいのですが店で購入もできます。
