We can meet super bartender- cocktail consultant : Mr. Dexter !
He is here in KL from Mon to Sat.
And we can meet him at DCAFF BARin Molek, JB on every Sunday !
SO-BAR Open from 4pm !
My recommend cocktail is Omakase cocktail RM45.
His creation is always very sophisticated, excellent balancing, fresh and delicate.
They serve “ Free flow house Sake” RM50 for 2hours too!
About food, we can order Authentic Premium Japanese Foods ( from Hanatei Xclusive) and local familiar casual dishes.
Signature Unagi Butter Sushi RM12 and Assorted Sushi 7pc RM80 is so wonderful!

New launched cocktail is 4kinds. RM38-43 each. ( 13 Sep Sunday start !)
Food menu RM25-35 also renewal. Sous vide Chicken and Pork Belly are infused with herb and coffee flower. Combination with Pickled fruit is sophisticated and tasty.
1. Sake Spumoni - Refreshing Grapefruit Spumoni with Japanese Sake.
2.Berry Burlesque - Very berry but fragrant with Earl grey and Cascara. With whiskey.
3. Flora Aperitivo - Gin infused with Liberica tea leaves and white grape tea.
4. Dazzling Blanc - little bit sour taste. Cabernet Sauvignon white wine, herbs and grapefruit.( My best !)

A perfect place for a gentleman with an adult atmosphere.
Light Rum Cocktail with Liberica Coffee flower, Sangria with coffee liqueur, Bourbon Whiskey with coffee cherry syrup etc....
All cocktail is relate to coffee. Flagrant and taste is wonderful!!

モレックのリベリカコーヒーが、金-日の夜9時から深夜1時まで、このときだけバーに早変わり。
台湾で10年のバーテンダーの経験を持つデクスターさんの作る、コーヒーに関連したカクテルは、どれも香り高くすっきりしてたまにビターで美味しい。
コーヒーカクテルというと、甘いコーヒーがただカクテルにブレンドされたようなイメージを持ちますが、実際は隠し味程度のビターさや、コーヒーの花の香りづけされた感じや、コーヒーチェリーの酸味を感じる爽やかさだったり、かなりレベルの高いカクテル達。フードの焼き鳥もとてもおいしいし、ボトルワインはRM130でお手頃だし、大人の雰囲気が漂っていて、とてもよい空間です。
バーテンダーに好みの味を伝えて作ってもらうといいでしょう。
