Popular Poke Bowl and Bagel cafe relocated to here.
It’s outside of Sport Center.
Large, bright, comfortable space with upstairs seating. There is many parking space.
There are poke bowls with a free choice of combinations, freshly baked bagels, sourdough and croissants, several types of cakes, and a growing menu of other Big Breakfast-like items, Kids menu to make it more appealing.
I like the crunchy Nori taco (seaweed x tacos).
It will be one of my regular cafe.

ポケボウルとベーグルのカフェ。JBに系列店が4店舗ある人気店。このスポーツセンター脇に移転して、5/1にオープンしたばかり。
広くて明るくて、2階席もあり、心地よい空間。駐車場も十分にあります。
店内は平日の朝は空いていましたが、お昼にはほぼ満席になりました。
自由に組み合わせを選べるポケボウル、焼きたてのベーグルやサワードゥやクロワッサン、ケーキ類も何種類かあり、その他にもビッグブレックファーストのようなメニューやキッズメニューが増えて、より魅力的な内容に。
私はバリバリ食感のノリタコ(海苔×タコス)が好きです。
使い勝手の良いカフェができて嬉しい。

The interior with dry wheat decoration has a calming atmosphere.
They serve variety of Poke bowls, bagel sands, snacks, cakes and drinks.
About Poke bowl, we can choose from rice, brown rice, salad, quinoa, soba and wholemeal pasta.
Build your own favourite bowl !
My choice is Raw Salmon and Avocado Brown rice RM23.8 and Saba fish Brown rice RM18.9.
Healthy and good balance.
Homemade Burnt Cheese Cake RM12 also good.

このパルマス店は、麦がインテリアに飾ってあり、落ち着いた雰囲気で広めで居心地がいいです。
ポケボウルの他、手作りのベーグルサンドや素朴なケーキもあり、食事をせずにカフェだけの利用もできそう。
ポケボウルは、決まったメニューを注文することも、好みの具にオーダーメイドすることもできます。
生サーモンが定番ですが、この店限定で焼きサバもあります。穀物はサラダのみやキノアや全粒粉パスタなど幅広いラインナップが嬉しい。
