ハラルのステーキレストラン。冷蔵ケースに並ぶ、カットされて真空になっているお肉の中から好きなものを選んで焼いてもらうシステム。このスタイルはJBではここだけです。
松坂牛の最上級のステーキは、RM300前後もする高級品なのに、ここでは1番先に在庫がなくなるくらい人気で、それを目当てに来ているお客様も多数。
焼き加減は完璧で、ブラックペッパーのソースが添えられてきますが、日本人なら、何もつけずに醤油ベースの下味だけでいただく方が好きかもしれません。

Lamb 302g RM48.3, Wagyu 160g RM155.2 include salad and mashed potato. Apetiser, dessert is very reasonable.

生肉を自分で見て選び、焼いてもらうシステム。ハラルの和牛や松坂牛もあります。焼き具合も選べて、とても美味しく焼いてくれます。生肉についている値段は、調理代と付け合わせ込みの価格。スタンダードな味付けが、甘めのバター醤油ペッパー味でこれはこれでおいしい。パスタやサンドウィッチもあり。人気店なので予約した方がいいです。
