美味しいコーヒーとケーキがいただけるブルーオーケストラ。今回、食事をオーダーしたら洗練されていて驚き。ポークチョップは、分厚い真空調理したボリュームたっぷりのポークのグリルに、ハニーマスタード味のシャッキリ紫キャベツ、柔らかくて絶妙な人参のコンフィ(1本分！)、滑らかなかぼちゃのピューレがついて、ローズマリーの香りもする、というものでした。シンプルで美味しい！
