One of my most favourite Chinese Restaurant in JB.
KS Treasures serve creative fusion Cantonese dishes.
Executive Chef Benson’s dishes are always elegant, sophisticated, and perfectly delicious.
This time, I specified several dishes, told the chef my preferences and approximate budget, and Omakase order the rest of the order to him.
The highlight of the meal was the amazingly large Australian lobster and fried Kailan with truffles!
All the dishes were very tasty and the overall balance of the dishes was quite to my liking.
We had 7 people and drank a lot of beer, and the price was about RM140 per person.
I love this restaurant more and more every time I come here.
This time we dined in a private room on the second floor.

JBの中華料理店の中で1番おいしいと思う店のうちの一つ、KS Treasures のセントーサ店。かなり創作的な広東風中華料理を食べさせてくれるお店。
トップシェフ、ベンソンの料理は、いつでもエレガントで味わいが繊細で完璧においしい。
今回、いくつかの料理を指定して、好みと大体の予算を伝え、あとはシェフのお任せでオーダーしました。
ハイライトは、その大きさにびっくりのオーストラリアロブスターとカイランのトリュフ炒め！1.2Kgのロブスターの迫力はものすごい！
全ての料理がとてもおいしく、全体の料理のバランスもかなり好み。
7人でいただいて、ビールもたくさん飲んで、1人RM140くらいでした。
来るたびにさらに好きになるお店です。
今回は2階の個室での食事でした。

“ This restaurant’s dishes are really tasty”. My friends told me many times.
KS Treasures serve creative fusion Cantonese dishes.
The food produced by Executive Chef Benson is elegant and refined. From the time we were deciding on the menu, he gave us sound advice on what to order, whether this was recommended or not because it was ordinary.
There were many delicious dishes and generous portions, including a salad with an excellent texture of crispy fish skin and ice plant, golden risotto porridge full of seafood flavour, and a kai lan cooked in two different ways with an exquisite texture.
With six dishes, dessert, beer and tea for seven people, the total cost was about RM420.

普通の中華料理店とはひと味もふた味も違う、創作広東料理店。
エグゼグティブシェフのベンソンが作り出す料理は、上品で洗練された味わい。メニューを決めるときから、これはおすすめとか、これは普通だから注文しなくていいとか、的確にアドバイスをくれました。
パリッパリの魚の皮とアイスプラントの食感が秀逸なサラダや、海鮮の旨味たっぷりの黄金色のリゾット粥や、絶妙な歯応えの2種の調理法のカイランなど、おいしい料理がたくさんで、ボリュームもたっぷり。
7人で6品とデザート、ビールとお茶で、合計RM420ほどでした。

We can enjoy over 30 kinds of delicious dim sum.
Siew Mai is big and juicy. “Duo Style Chilli Crab Meat Buns” are very special. It’s only here’s creative menu.
The price is commensurate with the quality. I ordered 9 dishes and Chinese tea. Total under RM80.
My best 3 is “Black Truffle Siew Mai with Bonito”. “Souchuan style shrimp dumpling”, and “Duo style Crab Meat Buns”. Will repeat again.

SentosaのKSトレジャーは、創作系広東料理でおいしくて大好きですが、ここの2店舗目のモレック店では朝から昼に飲茶がいただけます。点心師は美食の街で名高いイポー出身。
30種類以上の美味しい点心が楽しめます。蒸し物の種類が多めなのが嬉しい。
シューマイは大きくてジューシー。2種のチリクラブバンズはここでしか食べられない創作メニュー。価格に見合ったクオリティ。ゆったりとおいしい飲茶がいただけていい時間を過ごせます。
現在2人で1籠、4人で2籠、6人で3籠が無料になるプロモーション中。
四川風茹で餃子もおすすめ。

10月プロモーションとして、RM10.1のメニューが10種お目見え。RM14.9の丸ごとチキンと合わせて11皿注文しても、6人でいただいたら1人RM20程。魚もエビもアワビも豚肉も野菜も豆腐も麺類もあって、バランスよし。
味付けは比較的薄味でやさしい感じの料理が多いです。
平日お昼も混んでいるので予約した方がいいです。

今の期間はデリバリーにも対応。チャーハンやシグネイチャーの海鮮ご飯などもありますが、イチ押しは4人前でRM50の日替わりセット。おかず3品とご飯が届けられます。美味しいしお得。

王道の中華料理からクリエイティブな料理まで、香港のミシュラン中華料理店での経験があるシェフが作りだす味は、たまにフレンチを感じる洗練されたもの。
この黄色いシーフードビスクのスープご飯はイチオシ。ブイヤベースのように旨味あふれるスープは、干し貝柱、魚、地鶏、金華ハム、鴨を8時間煮込み、蟹や海老やハマグリを加えたもの。ここでしかいただけない絶品です。
お茶の葉で香り付けしたスペアリブや、パッションフルーツの香りと酸味のある海老マヨや、爽やかなオレンジソースのチキン、トリュフオイルの味付けのきのこ。どれも美味しく、次は何を注文してみようかと楽しみになるお店です。

現在プロモーション中で、シグネイチャーメニューの2つがリーズナブルにいただけます。
海鮮の旨みたっぷりの雑炊には大きなエビとカニと貝が入っていて、身もぎっしり。3-5人前のボリューム。揚げたお米や薄切りのアスパラの食感が加わることで絶妙な美味しさ。鴨のコンフィのサラダは、見た目はイタリアンのようですが、中華の味付けで、鴨のサクサク感がいい感じ。他に注文したもう1品の豚肉のガーリック揚げは、花山椒などのスパイシーで深みのある美味しさ。
ちょっと新しい中華料理をいただきたいときによいお店です。このプロモーションは昼も夜も実施。
