One of my most favourite Chinese Restaurant in JB.
KS Treasures serve creative fusion Cantonese dishes.
Executive Chef Benson’s dishes are always elegant, sophisticated, and perfectly delicious.
This time, I specified several dishes, told the chef my preferences and approximate budget, and Omakase order the rest of the order to him.
The highlight of the meal was the amazingly large Australian lobster and fried Kailan with truffles!
All the dishes were very tasty and the overall balance of the dishes was quite to my liking.
We had 7 people and drank a lot of beer, and the price was about RM140 per person.
I love this restaurant more and more every time I come here.
This time we dined in a private room on the second floor.

JBの中華料理店の中で1番おいしいと思う店のうちの一つ、KS Treasures のセントーサ店。かなり創作的な広東風中華料理を食べさせてくれるお店。
トップシェフ、ベンソンの料理は、いつでもエレガントで味わいが繊細で完璧においしい。
今回、いくつかの料理を指定して、好みと大体の予算を伝え、あとはシェフのお任せでオーダーしました。
ハイライトは、その大きさにびっくりのオーストラリアロブスターとカイランのトリュフ炒め！1.2Kgのロブスターの迫力はものすごい！
全ての料理がとてもおいしく、全体の料理のバランスもかなり好み。
7人でいただいて、ビールもたくさん飲んで、1人RM140くらいでした。
来るたびにさらに好きになるお店です。
今回は2階の個室での食事でした。
