Michelin Star Chef Francisco Araya who has created a Modern Japanese menu for diners at Calia.
We couldn't make a reservation because the restaurant was full, so we came as walk-ins after 11:00 a.m. By 11:30, the spacious restaurant was full.
Scallop Sakuru RM43 is fresh. I like it.
Ultimate Bowl RM138 include Wagyu, Uni, Ikura and Foie Gras. Very rich and creamy. Wagyu Sukiyaki Bowl RM68 is not too sweet.
Yiu just order Matcha Lava cake. Combination of Bitter chocolate and warm Matcha sauce is really good taste.
