It's a sweets for adults.
Have you ever had a raisin butter sand cookies ?
It is a famous sweets in Japan.
High quality butter cream sandwiched between two pieces of sable cookies.
The buttercream is filled with mellow raisins soaked in rum.
I wanted to try this and found it in Malaysia.
There are two kinds. Mellow Rum ( 11pc RM 65) and Double Rum ( 11pc RM78).
The Double Rum is enough to make you drunk! but if you like it, you won't be disappointed!
They use Japanese flour, French fermented butter, California raisins and high quality rum to make the cookies. The cookies smell butterly and nut because the almond is also another key ingredient.
So delicious !
