Celebrity Chef: Adu Amran Hassan’s Restaurant. His hometown is Kluang, Johor.
We met at Desaru Coast and promised to meet again, and three weeks later we met at this restaurant in KL!
After a successful career in Malaysian fusion cuisine, Chef Adu has returned to the source and is now serving original Malaysian dishes with his family team!
Let’s say, it’s the Best Malay dishes to me.
Aromas from each dish, elegant, not too spicy, not too salty, not too sweet. Full of Delicate delicacies !
Grilled Duck Breast in dried longan red curry sauce RM32.99 with Asian Herb Pesto Rice RM7.99 is wonderful.
Young Jack Fruit Bendang RM27.99 is amazing. Jack fruit’s texture is like artichoke!!
They have many vegetarian/vegan option menu too.
Look beautiful interior. Can you believe all wall art is by Chef Adu !? So talented.
It’s very good place to celebrate birthday, to invite friends, to enjoy really good Malay dishes. Put on your lists!
