It’s “Must Try” restaurant.
This is a fine dining restaurant with an indigenous cuisine concept. It is a completely new genre of restaurant, combining traditional regional dishes with new ways of preparing them, using herbs and spices (especially those from India, Sri Lanka and Indonesia).
During the first three months of the restaurant's opening, the ingredients were explored and carefully selected, to the extent that they tried over 2,000 different ingredients and created the best combination of them.
They use a lot of spices and sauces, but never in a pretentious way, rather to bring out the best of the ingredients themselves.
Each dish is carefully prepared to the perfect texture and the service is the most sophisticated JB has ever seen.
“We want you to have a memorable experience, so we limit ourselves to seven lunches and seven dinners a day to allow time for explanation and service.”
The first homemade bread sour dough and one of the four dips that change daily have already won me over!
And then there's the price point, which is more than reasonable for fine dining, the quality of the ingredients, and the generous portions of the main dishes. Once you've experienced it all, you'll be back for more.
