Lifestyle Tea Brand “ The Alley” launched new menu! 5type of Croffle!
I tasted them.
Croissant dough is not too buttery. Crunchy and little bit chewy. I like this dough. Not too heavy.
Cream’s sweet level is moderate.
“Brown Sugar Deerioca” looks attractive!
My most favourite Is Crunchy Salted Caramel and Garlic Cheese.
Good combination with Alley’s Tea!

-Classic (RM 8.90)
The Classic Croffle
-Crunchy Salted Caramel (RM 11.90) Made with croissant dough and topped with salted caramel sauce, whipped cream, and crushed cereal flakes.
-Oreo Chocolate (RM 11.90)
A crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside croffle that is topped with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and crushed Oreo cookies toppings.
-Garlic Cheese (RM 12.90)
The croffle is generously brushed with Tru-Blue Garlic Butter and Kewpie Cheese sauce and topped with Mozzarella Cheese.
-Brown Sugar Deerioca (RM 12.90)
This flavour is the unique combination of The Alley's signature Brown Sugar Deerioca and the classic croffle. The croffle is topped with a big dollop of whipped cream alongside a cup of Brown Sugar Deerioca.

5種のクロッフルを試食させていただきました。
クロッフルのクロワッサン生地はバター具合が重すぎず、外側がサクッとしつつ、中はもっちりして食べやすくおいしいです。
たっぷりのクリームは重めですが、甘さは控えめ。
タピオカのブラウンシュガーソースをかけるクロッフルはなんておいしそう！
私が1番気に入ったのは、ソルティッドキャラメルとチーズでした。
紅茶ドリンクとのコンビネーションがとても良いクロッフルです。
