I attended collaboration dinner at FirePitz!
Because I really like creation of these 2 restaurants and 1 pastry chef !
You know, I often enjoy dinner at FirePitz. And previously, Terroir and Moogle desserts ( at Ponderosa) were one of my favourite place. Now, they have only 12 seats and renewed menu, they are opening like hidden restaurant. So Only Gourmet people know their tastes.
This time, the dinner was like “LIVE COOKING SHOW". Once grilled, the ingredients and sauces are brought out immediately and finished on banana leaves.
Simple, savoured foods and pairing wine were so good.
And “Moogle Desserts: Pattisier Charlene”s desserts were amazing ! ( too bad! I missed to take photo with her.)
