This is my Best Italian restaurant in the world!
Since 2011, the year this restaurant open and my son born, my family continue to visit.
It’s South Italy, Amalfi’s authentic taste. And this location is Fish Market place, Seafood menu is extraordinary.
This restaurant is so special that even in Japan, where quite a few good restaurants are starred, I have never encountered food quite like it here!
The wild simplicity of the food by Chef Kuno and his team of chefs brings out the best in the ingredients, and the taste is unforgettable.
Now Kuno chef manage 3 outlets in Japan. (Paradiso, Tutto Bene, Casa Paradiso Sul mare).
Must order menu is “ Linguine Pescatora of Shellfish and Cherry Tomatos” or “Hot Salad of Shellfish and seafood, Napoli style”.
There are so many tempting dishes. This time, we selected Raw Oyster and 2 kinds of pasta. Everything super yummy !

私にとって、ここが世界一のイタリアンレストラン！
2011年にこのレストランがオープンし、その1か月後に息子が生まれて以来、家族で通い続けているお店。
南イタリア、アマルフィの本場の味。築地ならではの、新鮮で上質なシーフードメニューは格別です。
かなりおいしいレストランが星の数ほどある日本でも、ここと同じような料理に出会ったことはないくらい、このレストランは特別です！久野シェフ率いるシェフ達による、ワイルドでシンプルで素材の旨みが最高に引き出された料理は忘れられない味。
現在、久野シェフは日本で3店舗を経営しています。(パラディーゾ、トゥット・ベーネ、カーサ・パラディーゾ・スル・マーレ)
必食メニューは "貝とチェリートマトのリングイネ "や”貝と魚介のホットサラダ、ナポリ風"。初めて行くならこのどちらかはオーダーをオススメ。
今回は生牡蠣と2種類のパスタをチョイス。どれも本当においしい！
