I met Chef John Chang 4 years ago. At the time, he had 10 years of experience as a Japanese chef. I was amazed by the beauty of his manners, his overwhelming skill and sense of style, and his talent as a 20’s young chef who even makes his own Japanese Wagashi. Every time I have had the pleasure of meeting Chef John Chang, his food has always exceeded my expectations.
4 years later, he opened his own restaurant as the owner-chef. I immediately visited him for dinner.
The out-of-the-ordinary exterior. The tasteful interior and tableware. At Taman Melody, you enjoy appetizers, main courses, and desserts in 3 different rooms. The simple dishes are all about the delicious taste of the ingredients. This memorable dinner experience is the first concept of its kind in Malaysia. Original ideas because he is so talented. Whether it is the marriage of drinks, the explanation about the dishes, the conversation with the staff, or the menu card with your name on it. It is a great way to further enhance the excellence of the cuisine. Please experience it for yourself. I can't possibly write it all down here.

シェフJohn Chang と出会ったのは4年前。当時、和食シェフの経験を10年積んでいて、所作の美しさ、圧倒的な技術とセンス、和菓子まで手作りする才能あふれる20代シェフに驚いたものです。毎回彼の料理は期待を上回るクオリティ。
そして4年後、彼がオーナーシェフとして、一軒家レストランをオープン。さっそくディナーに伺いました。
普通じゃない外観。センスが光るインテリアと食器。タマンメロディの一軒家では、前菜、メイン、デザートを3つの部屋を移動して楽しみます。シンプルな料理は、素材のおいしさを追求した味わいばかり。心に残るこのディナー体験は、マレーシアで初のコンセプトと言えるでしょう。才能あふれる彼だからこそのオリジナルの発想。お酒とのマリアージュも、料理についての説明も、スタッフとの会話も、名前入りのメニューカードも、料理の素晴らしさをさらに引き立てています。ぜひご自身で体験してみてください。
