New Open ! on the top floor of the Residence Building, CHARR is an Wood fire grill fusion restaurant that will lift your spirits from the moment you enter. The view from the balcony overlooking the KL is a nice contrast to the flames burning inside the restaurant.
By grilling over a wood fire flame, the charring and caramelization brings out the flavor and deep taste of the ingredients themselves, full of smokiness and savory notes, yet they are harmonized with delicate flavors, giving them impact and tenderness at the same time.
“I want each dish to tell a story," said Chef Leong, co-founder of CHARR Dining.
I particularly liked the harmony of savory and creamy: “Charred Onion and Smoky Stracciatella Cheese” and " Foie gras toast with pandan kaya”.
The dishes, space, the hospitality, everything about it makes for a wonderful experience.
