For many Johorians, when they think of Bak Kut Teh, they probably think of Shoon Huat.
Founded in 1975, there are currently 14 branches of Shoon Huat in JB. The clear broth with the aroma of Chinese herbs. The deep flavor is addictive.
The second generation son is now taking over the business. This Sentosa branch is the main store.
I asked him about the secret of the flavor, but he didn't tell me. The combination of soy sauce and Chinese herbs is the secret flavor that has been passed down since the establishment of the restaurant.
In fact, they sell this herb packet only at the Shoon Huat restaurants. If you make it according to the recipe using this, you may be able to get the same taste!
At the restaurant, they cook 15 kg of pork ribs in a large pot to make the soup.
Lettuce with the impact of garlic, and sesame oil chicken that is boiled down to a sweet and spicy sauce are also delicious. Everyone loves this restaurant.

多くのジョホーリアンにとって、バクテーというと順發を思い浮かべる人が多いのではないでしょうか？
1975年創業の老舗、現在JB内には14店舗ある順發。澄んだスープにチャイニーズハーブの香り。深い旨みにやみつきになる味です。
現在2代目の息子さんが後を継いでいらっしゃいます。このセントーサ店が本店です。
味の秘密を聞きましたが、それは内緒。醤油ソースとチャイニーズハーブの配合が、創業以来引き継ぐ秘密の味。実はお店限定でこのハーブパックを売っているそうです。これを用いてレシピ通り作れば、同じ味になるかも！店ではポークリブ15kgを大鍋で煮込んでスープを作っているそう。
ガツンとガーリックのインパクトがあるレタスや、甘辛く煮詰めるセサミオイルチキンも美味。みんなに愛されているお店。

This local restaurant opened two months ago in Mount Austin's Shop Lot.
The menu lineup like kopitiam, including Nasi lemak, KL curry mee, Mee hoon, Fried rice, Sandwiches, Pasta etc., are all handmade by the lady boss. The taste is homey.
It should be noted that these menu items are also available in the evening and they serve beer!!
Ikan bakar (grilled seafood coated with danbar) is spicy and a perfect accompaniment to beer.
The most popular dish is Penang Assam Laksa. I particularly enjoyed the mee hoon, Vietnamese noodles, and fried vegetable cakes (a kind of crispy vegetable pancake).
This is a casual place to stop by from morning till night.

ナシレマ、KLカリーミー、ミーフン、フライドライスやサンドウィッチ、パスタなど、コピティアムのようなメニューラインナップは全て女性オーナーによる手作り。家庭的な味わいです。特筆すべきことは、これらのメニューが夜もいただけることと、ビールを提供していること。
イカンバカー(魚介類にダンバルを塗って焼く料理)はスパイシーでビールのお供にもぴったり。
1番人気はペナンアッサムラクサだそう。私はミーフンとベトナムヌードル、フライドベジタブルケーキ(野菜のクリスピーなチヂミのようなもの)が特においしいと思いました。
朝から夜まで気軽に立ち寄れるお店です。

G floor of the Austin Convention Center. Step inside and you are in another world.
Moody lighting, comfortable sofas, and gorgeously decorated birthday seating.
The spacious, temperature-controlled wine cellar has about 500 wines and liquors. When you tell them your preferences, a sommelier will guide you through the cellar and help you choose a wine.
The food is mainly snacks that go well with wine, and there is also a wide selection of main dishes and pizzas. The seafood pasta with white wine and gin alcohol flamed out was very tasty.
A private room that looks like the living room of a mansion is available for a total bill of RM1500 or more. Perfect for dates and entertaining.

A cafe where you can enjoy truly delicious French-style cakes.
A couple who met while studying at a confectionery school in Taiwan started Anti-Diet Pattiserie, a pre-order shop selling cream puffs, tarts, and cookies. The taste was well received, and after several years, they opened this Cafe En Couple, a small cake café next to their workshop.
It is run by two couples. The interior of the cafe, where you take off your shoes, is homey.
The cakes are very sophisticated, high quality and wonderfully flavored. Soft cream, thin and crisp tarts, red wine-scented seasonal American cherries, and flavorful coffee ganache. The combination of textures is exquisite. Every cake is delicious.
They always have one new item every week. Handmade quiche and kombucha are also available.

本当に美味しいフランス風ケーキがいただけるカフェ。
台湾への製菓学校留学中に出会ったカップルが、シュークリームやタルト、クッキーの予約販売店 Anti-Diet Pattiserie をスタート。その味は評判を呼び、数年を経て、工房の横にこの小さなケーキカフェ「Cafe En Couple」をオープンしました。
2組のカップルが運営しています。靴を脱いで上がる店内はアットホーム。
ケーキはとても洗練されていて、上質で素晴らしい味わい。柔らかいクリーム、薄くてさっくりしたタルト、赤ワイン香る季節のアメリカンチェリー、風味豊かなコーヒーガナッシュなど。食感の組み合わせも絶妙。どのケーキをいただいても美味しい。
毎週必ず1品は新作を出しているそう。手作りのキッシュやコンブチャもあります。
