New Open! Hidden Bakery Cafe.
Very comfortable place !
The area is behind of Thistle hotel.
A place you would normally pass by. A refreshing space opens up as you descend the stairs.
MUES used to be a Food Truck, selling homemade sourdough bread and coffee.
Now, in this café, you can enjoy sourdough bread, focaccia and bagels, as well as pilaf, paella and duck confit etc.
The bread is delicious and the food is simple and refined. I loved the grilled salmon and wild rice pilaf here.
It's a refreshing place with pleasant sunshine and is on my list of favourite cafés.

ニューオープン!心地の良い隠れ家ベーカリーカフェ。
シスルホテルの裏手のエリアにあり、普通なら通り過ぎてしまう場所。階段を降りると爽やかな空間が広がります。
以前、MUESは移動販売者で、自家製サワードゥのパンやコーヒーを販売していました。
今はこのカフェで、サワードゥのパン、フォッカッチャ、ベーグルなどの他、ピラフやパエリア、鴨のコンフィなども楽しめます。
パンのおいしさはもちろんのこと、食事もシンプルで洗練。私はここの、グリルサーモンとワイルドライスのピラフが気に入りました。
日差しが心地よい爽やかな場所で、お気に入りカフェリストに入ります。

We can enjoy Freshest seafood with most affordable price here !
I know! Because a few months before, I went to Fisherman’s place they directly buy seafood in Desaru.
Boss buy seafood here every morning. And we can taste it in JB on the day.
The signature dish is Blood cockles ( Sihanouk). Teochew Steamer White Pomfret with Rice Vermicelli is most popular dish. ( fish caught on the day.)
Lobster is super fresh and good.
Even with so much seafood, the price per person was less than RM80. Highly recommended restaurant!

街で最も新鮮で最もリーズナブルな中華海鮮レストランという評判の店。
ジョホールジャヤのショップロットにあり、28年続店。
デサルの先の海に漁船を持っていて、朝に海でとれた魚を運んで当日料理して提供しています。実際に私は数ヶ月前に、その漁師が釣った魚を下ろす場所に連れて行ってもらいました。魚市場に出す前の状態の、最も新鮮な状態のシーフード。当然価格もお手頃。
当日の魚「時価」メニューを躊躇なくオーダーしましょう。ここでならロブスターもリーズナブル!
店の看板メニューはシーハム(赤貝)。
今回これだけの料理を9人でいただいて、1人あたりRM80以下でした。
新鮮な海鮮をたっぷり食べたいときにオススメです。

A course full of surprises. Tender, juicy A5 Wagyu beef cut into large pieces that spread deliciousness in your mouth.
From the starter to the aged tuna, seafood, soup and dessert, each dish is a perfect course that keeps you satisfied until the end (11dishes! ).
The Arita-yaki tableware are also beautiful.
This pop-up restaurant is limited to nine months from 1 April until the end of this year.
A Hong Kong chef and a Japanese chef grill and serve the A5 Wagyu in front of you.
A variety of parts of the meat can be enjoyed, as the restaurant has a whole herd of “Tajimaguro” a Japanese wagyu beef that surpasses Kobe beef in terms of meat quality.
The three omakase courses are super class at RM980-1180. They also have a course without Beef.
The courses are well worth the price and offer a blissful experience.

Their foods are more than cafe food.
Taste is really good and creative.

The flavours are very well balanced: Sea bass in an oriental cream sauce with a hint of tom yum, Mushroom pasta full of umami flavoured with konbu, Pizza with plenty of vegetables and Lamb that is tender and odourless etc.

シンプルで落ち着くカフェですが、料理のクオリティはカフェ以上。軽食からしっかりしたメインディッシュまで、趣向を凝らした料理はどれもとてもおいしい。
営業時間が夜まで伸びて、魅力的な新メニューもたくさん登場。
トムヤムの香るオリエンタルなクリームソースのシーバス、塩昆布で旨味を出したマッシュルームパスタ、野菜たっぷりのピザ、臭みがなく柔らかいラムなど、味のバランスがとても良いです。

Siew Mai is big and juicy. “Duo Style Chilli Crab Meat Buns” are very special. It’s only here’s creative menu.
The price is commensurate with the quality. I ordered 9 dishes and Chinese tea. Total under RM80.
My best 3 is “Black Truffle Siew Mai with Bonito”. “Souchuan style shrimp dumpling”, and “Duo style Crab Meat Buns”. Will repeat again.
