はっきり言って、危険な月餅です。
8種いただいたのですが、どれも食べるのが止まらなくなるほどのおいしさ。
甘さ控えめでまろやかで繊細、飽きずにいただけるおいしさ。
中でも、私のベスト3は、優しい烏龍茶風味が洗練されたチャコールウーロン(黒色)、小豆とお餅入りの抹茶(緑色)、つるんとした外見の中に、カスタード黄身餡の入った上海ゴールデンカスタードヨーク。
他にも、ロンガンとデーツや、ぎっしりナッツの伍仁など贈り物でも喜ばれそうです。
もちろん保存料や添加物不使用。
4つ購入するとキュートなピンクのボックス入り、2-3個の場合は紫色の缶入りになります。ピュアバターを使用したパイナップルタルトも軽くて甘さ控えめでとてもおいしい。

タウンエリアにオープンしたばかりの、イギリス式のチーズケーキ専門カフェ。
チーズケーキへの情熱に溢れたインテリアデザイナーだったジミー氏がオープンしたお店です。
60種以上のチーズケーキの中から、日替わりで5-6種が登場。
私は、アボカドチーズケーキが出たら教えてほしいと伝えていて、今回、連絡が来たので、普段注文しないキャロットチーズケーキと一緒にオーダーしました。
どちらも甘さ控えめで、クリーミーで、シンプルだけどとっても美味しくて驚き。イタリア産のクリームチーズを使用しているそうです。
ちょっとしたフードメニューもあり。

I had 4kinds. They are gently and natural, all so good. So I can't decide which one is the best.

おばあちゃんから受け継いだパイナップルローストチキンのレシピが、いま、ファーストフードスタイルで誰もが楽しめるようになりました。
18種のハーブやスパイスに48時間鶏肉を漬け込み、独自の蒸し焼き製法でロースト。
中までしっかりと味が染み渡り、どの部位もしっとりジューシーで柔らか。とてもおいしいローストチキンです。
セットにプラスRM1で、ソフトドリンクをフルーティーなサマーティーに変更できるのも嬉しい。キュウリの入ったサマーグリーンジュースも爽やか。どちらも甘みがあるので、ソーダ水で割ったらさらにおいしくなりました。ロティパラタのラップもおいしい。
ここは味だけでなくホスピタリティが素晴らしいです。感想をお客に聞いて、改善できるところは改善しようと努めています。
いいお店。近い将来、たくさんの店舗ができるでしょう。

実は日本にも、銀座と新橋に店舗があり、この味を楽しめるんですよ。
100％天然素材で作られており、肉軟化剤、保存料、人工香料、人工着色料、MSGなどは一切使用しないというポリシーは、1933年の創業以来引き継がれているもの。
そして、このポリシーは月餅にも。
一切の添加物を使用せず、自然の材料から餡やペーストを作り仕上げた月餅。とても上品で素材の美味しさが伝わる味です。
私がいただいた、クラシックロータスシリーズは、最高級の蓮の実から作られた餡とメロンシードが使用されています。
低糖バージョンもありますが、普通のものでもかなり上品な甘さ。ソルティッドエッグは、程よい柔らかさもあり、塩辛すぎず、上品な餡にマッチしてエレガントな味わい。
