We checked in this hotel.
About 15 minutes from Old Town, I saw that there was SUP (which I did for the first time in Phu Quoc and fell in love with) available for rent, and decided to go for it since it was a luxury hotel but not that expensive.
When we arrived, we found a huge property, built on a stairway from a private beach to a higher ground, with a calm sea and beautiful. A buggy car takes you to and from the property, and there is a nice program of ocean activities and bird watching. Very quiet and occasional birdsong.
Next year, this place will be rebranded and become the Ritz-Carlton.
My room: Duplex Ocean view, 1 Bedroom Suite.
プーケットのSiray Bay にあるWestinにチェックイン。
Old Town から15分ほどで、SUP(フーコックで初めてやって好きになった)の貸出があるのを知り、高級ホテルだけどそんなに高くないので決めた。
到着すると、広大な敷地、プライベートビーチから高台まで階段上に作られていて、穏やかな海があり美しい。Duplexタイプのスイートルームにアップグレード。バギーで敷地を行き来し、海のアクティビティやバードウォッチングなどのプログラムもあって素敵。とても静かで時折り鳥の声がする。
来年にはここはリブランド化されてリッツカールトンになるそうです。

Luk Yu Tea House is a Chinese restaurant located on the UG floor of The Starhill in the heart of Bukit Bintang. It is a no-pork, upscale restaurant with a great atmosphere, popular for both business lunches and tourists.
18 kinds of dim sum are under buy 1 free 1 promotion until 1/18.
The restaurant is a valuable place to enjoy a meal by yourself or in a large group, and is useful for a solid meal or a light tea break.
I especially recommend the Xiao Long Pao, Steamed scallop and shrimp dumplings, Steamed shrimp and spinach dumplings, and Crispy fried shrimp and bean curd skin rolls with Prawn and Cheese.
A friend of mine is traveling from England this weekend and I immediately made another reservation.

This handmade pasta restaurant opened next to the 大上海 in Parmas Jaya. It is the reopening of the popular Terroir restaurant formerly located in Ponderossa, which has relocated to a new location.
Chef Jon's simple, strong, and creative dishes have many fans. Pasta is the main dish at this P52. There are a few appetizers and steaks, but the star of the show is the creative pasta. Not Italian, but Jon-style pasta.
The pasta is priced upscale, from RM55 to RM88 per plate, but customers kept coming back even during weekday lunch for its delicious taste.
The dish is full of ingredients and has a deep flavor. The tagliolini with clams with homemade smoked bacon and the shrimp creole spice tagliolini were both delicious, but the most popular "Burnt Ends" pappardelle pasta with pork jowl, burnt cream, and tapenade is a must. The Brussels sprouts appetizer was also very good.

パルマスジャヤの大上海の隣りにオープンした手打ちパスタレストラン。以前ポンデロッサにあった人気店Terroirが移転してリニューアルオープンしたお店です。
シェフJonのシンプルで力強くクリエイティブな料理にはファンがたくさん。このP52ではパスタがメインディッシュ。少しだけ前菜とステーキがありますが、主役は創作パスタです。イタリアンではなくJon式パスタ。
パスタは一皿RM55からRM88と高級価格ですが、その美味しさを求めて、平日ランチでもお客が続々と来ていました。
具沢山で深みのある味わい。自家製スモークのベーコンを入れたアサリのタリオリーニも、海老のクレオールスパイスのタリオリーニも美味しかったですが、1番人気の豚とろと焦がしクリーム、タップナードの「Burnt Ends」パッパルデッレパスタはマスト。芽キャベツの前菜もとても美味しかったです。
