P52 New School Pasta @ Permas Jaya, Johor

This handmade pasta restaurant opened next to the 大上海 in Parmas Jaya. It is the reopening of the popular Terroir restaurant formerly located in Ponderossa, which has relocated to a new location.
Chef Jon's simple, strong, and creative dishes have many fans. Pasta is the main dish at this P52. There are a few appetizers and steaks, but the star of the show is the creative pasta. Not Italian, but Jon-style pasta.
The pasta is priced upscale, from RM55 to RM88 per plate, but customers kept coming back even during weekday lunch for its delicious taste.
The dish is full of ingredients and has a deep flavor. The tagliolini with clams with homemade smoked bacon and the shrimp creole spice tagliolini were both delicious, but the most popular "Burnt Ends" pappardelle pasta with pork jowl, burnt cream, and tapenade is a must. The Brussels sprouts appetizer was also very good.

パルマスジャヤの大上海の隣りにオープンした手打ちパスタレストラン。以前ポンデロッサにあった人気店Terroirが移転してリニューアルオープンしたお店です。
シェフJonのシンプルで力強くクリエイティブな料理にはファンがたくさん。このP52ではパスタがメインディッシュ。少しだけ前菜とステーキがありますが、主役は創作パスタです。イタリアンではなくJon式パスタ。
パスタは一皿RM55からRM88と高級価格ですが、その美味しさを求めて、平日ランチでもお客が続々と来ていました。
具沢山で深みのある味わい。自家製スモークのベーコンを入れたアサリのタリオリーニも、海老のクレオールスパイスのタリオリーニも美味しかったですが、1番人気の豚とろと焦がしクリーム、タップナードの「Burnt Ends」パッパルデッレパスタはマスト。芽キャベツの前菜もとても美味しかったです。

The Saturday Brunch menu, held on the first Saturday of every month, has been updated.
The sparkling ocean, resort pool, and breezy “sea.fire.salt restaurant” will offer all-you-can-eat appetizers, soups, breads, and desserts from the buffet counter, raw oysters and pasta from the live stations, and main dishes made to order, all to your heart's content. There are also three drink packages to choose from.
A variety of fine and delicious dishes include crab salad, braised Wagyu beef ribs with truffle mousseline, grilled harissa lamb, pasta with lobster bisque, and more. For an extra charge, guests can also enjoy flamingo-themed pink cocktails and mocktails.

One year after opening at Eco Galleria, this is the only restaurant in Johor Bahru specializing in no-pork Balinese cuisine. The Indonesian lady boss married in Malaysia, and her cuisine gained a good reputation, which led to the opening of the restaurant.
The restaurant is always crowded and very popular because of its generous portions, wide selection, reasonable prices starting at RM9.9 per person, and above all, its deliciousness.
In fact, I was impressed by the fact that all the dishes exceeded my expectations. In particular, the Nasi Champur Bali set was enough for five people to share. The beef rendang was very tender, the grilled chicken was savory and sweet, and the fish dish was gorgeous. The accompanying dishes are also excellent, and there is a choice of two types of rice.
The bakso (meatballs) soup rice noodles and eggplant dish were also very good.Overall, many of the dishes are spicy, but I highly recommend trying them with friends.

ボリュームたっぷり、品揃え豊富、1人前RM9.9からの手頃な価格、そして何よりもそのおいしさで、いつも賑わう大人気のレストランです。
実際、すべての料理が期待以上の美味しさで感動しました。とくに、ナシチャンプルバリセットは5人でシェアできるほどの量。ビーフレンダンはとても柔らかく、グリルチキンは香ばしく甘く、魚料理がつくのも豪華。付け合わせも絶品揃いでご飯は2種から選べます。
バクソ(肉団子)スープビーフンも、ナスの料理もとても美味しかったです。全体的に辛い料理が多いですが、ぜひ友人と一緒に試して欲しいです。
