モレックにもあるマイリベリカコーヒーですが、基盤店がエコビジネスパーク内にオープン。
セリオースティンから5分ほど奥の場所で、コーヒーを飲むためだけにわざわざ来るような場所ですが、コーヒー好きのお客で賑わっています。
世界3大コーヒーのうちの1つであるリベリカ種ですが、流通量は全体の1パーセント以下。この希少なコーヒーでマレーシア育ちのものを店内でローストして提供しています。豆の購入もできます。
また、コーヒーチェリー(果肉の部分)を乾燥させて紅茶の要領で煮出したカスカラティーや、そのソフトクリームも。コーヒーのイメージで食べたら全然違って、酸味がありフルーティーな味のカスカラ。私も初めて食しました。セルフサービスでメニュー自体はシンプル。本当にこだわったコーヒーが飲めます。

Prawn Gyoza RM14. There is a big prawn.
Box and paper bag is cute.
コムター近くの人気カフェ、「オープンワーク」がR&Fモールに開いた餃子屋さん。
小ぶりながらにしっかりと味が付いていて、醤油いらずの美味しい餃子。ノーポークで鶏肉で作られていますが、絶妙に美味しいです。大ぶりの海老が入った餃子がとくに美味しい。
パッケージも可愛くてお土産にもよし。
店内にイートインスペースも少しあります。

The place is the 20m left side of Yaoki.
Only guests who have made a reservation can enjoy the food at this restaurant, and only 4 groups can be booked per day.
They Serve Omakase Kaiseki Cuisine RM120〜, Omakase Unagi course RM120〜, and Omakase Soba course RM80〜 etc.
They have the finest seasonal ingredients from Japan 2-3 times a week by plane.
If you tell them the ingredients you want to eat in advance, they will prepare it as special dish !

ペランギの八起の5軒くらい左にある白い看板のない店、吉祥は、おまかせ懐石のお店です。
ディナータイムは1日予約は4組まで、予約なしのお客は受け付けない、というこだわりのお店ですが、日本で食事しているかのような本格的なおまかせ懐石料理がRM120からの予算で楽しめます。
複数人で行った場合、お店で活き締めしたうなぎ懐石やそば懐石と組み合わせてオーダーすることもOK。週2-3回日本から空輸で運ぶ新鮮な旬の食材を使用したお料理の数々をゆったりと味わえます。
事前に食べたいお料理や食材をオーダーしておけば、きっと用意してくれるでしょう。

The place is behind of Plaza Tasek, 5 min far from Sutera Mall.
It’s beautiful place. Spanish theme wall pictures let us feel very Spain !
I surprised to have one spoon of seafood soup “ sopa de Mariscos” RM12.9. The condensed taste of seafood spreads in the mouth. And the dish of Clam with White wine RM19.9 and family Tapas ( some kinds of ingredients topping on toast)RM25.9 also tasty.
Everyone will order this “ Seafood Paella” RM49.9 for 2 pax. Rice cooked with a lot of shrimp and shellfish soup is delicious and not tasteable at other JB restaurants. Very special. It’s enough volume for 3 pax family.
We can enjoy homemade Sangria ( red wine and fresh fruit drink) with such a delicious foods.
Fruit salad is fresh, Lamb shank is tender. Churros is Crispy. It’s one of the popular menu.
If you come to lunch time, you can order these dishes. And they serve value lunch also. Pork chop is just RM9.9. Tender and juicy.
おそらくJBで唯一のスペインレストラン。
ステラモールから5分ほどのショップロットにあり、こちらは駐車しやすいエリアです。
黄色い大きなお店は目を引くのですぐにわかるはず。リラックスできる場所です。
魚介のスープや貝のタパス、パエリアは、ちょっと驚くくらい魚介の旨味がギュッと凝縮していて、しみじみ美味しいなあと思いました。日本ではこのくらいたくさん魚介を食べていたな、と懐かしい気持ちに。自家製サングリアがすすみます。チュロスもさっくり軽やかでおいしい。
ボトルワインをオーダーしてゆっくり食事を楽しめる場所ですが、ランチタイムはRM9.9でチキンチョップやポークチョップがオーダーできるので、それとパエリアを組み合わせてのオーダーもおススメ。
