Liberica coffee is less than 1% of the world's coffee distribution.
You can drink and buy this rare coffee grown in Malaysia.
In addition, you can eat unusual cascara tea and its soft serve.
You will be surprised at the taste and aroma that can not be imagined from coffee. It’s little bit sour and fruity.

モレックにもあるマイリベリカコーヒーですが、基盤店がエコビジネスパーク内にオープン。
セリオースティンから5分ほど奥の場所で、コーヒーを飲むためだけにわざわざ来るような場所ですが、コーヒー好きのお客で賑わっています。
世界3大コーヒーのうちの1つであるリベリカ種ですが、流通量は全体の1パーセント以下。この希少なコーヒーでマレーシア育ちのものを店内でローストして提供しています。豆の購入もできます。
また、コーヒーチェリー(果肉の部分)を乾燥させて紅茶の要領で煮出したカスカラティーや、そのソフトクリームも。コーヒーのイメージで食べたら全然違って、酸味がありフルーティーな味のカスカラ。私も初めて食しました。セルフサービスでメニュー自体はシンプル。本当にこだわったコーヒーが飲めます。
