It’s Gourmet burger restaurant above usual gourmet burgers.
Owner chef JiaRen & Eddy opened this burger restaurant in Austin Crest with full of passion.
The incredibly delicious buns, sauces, and drinks such as kombucha are homemade and handcrafted. The burgers on the menu are unlike anything you have ever had before, but when you take a bite, you will be amazed at the harmony of all the ingredients and flavors that come together to double the deliciousness of the food.
The burger with grilled bananas has a mellow, cohesive taste without ever being banana-driven. The burger with coffee toffee sauce is accented with the perfect texture of nuts. The salad with bacon jam and Onsen egg was also exquisite. This is a superb burger restaurant that gourmets should definitely try.
The menu will be increased in the future.

普通じゃないグルメバーガー！
グルメバーガーの上をいくグルメバーガー店がオースティンクレストにニューオープン。
オーナーシェフのJiaRenとEddyのこだわりの詰まったお店をオープン。
ものすごく美味しいバンズも、ソース類も、コンブチャなどのドリンクも自家製で手作り。食べたことのないバーガーのメニューが並んでいますが、一口食べると、食材と味の全てが一体となって旨みが倍増している調和の素晴らしさに驚きます。
グリルしたバナナの入ったバーガーは、決してバナナが主張せず、まろやかにまとまった味。コーヒートフィーソースのバーガーは、ナッツの食感が絶妙なアクセント。ベーコンジャムと温泉たまごが絡むサラダも絶妙な美味しさでした。グルメな方にぜひ味わっていただきたい極上なバーガーレストランです。
今後メニューは増えていく予定。

From its first-ever Sustainable Bartender Championship, The Future of Cocktails was unveiled.
We can enjoy These 3 concepts’s cocktails at Marriot Bonvoy hotels.
1, Local and Sustainable Ingredients
2, Innovative Mixology
3, Waste Reduction Practices
From locally grown passion fruit paired with pickled ginger, to a Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin infused pandan and coconut water, to a curry leaves and salt sprinkled on the edge of the glass, there was a variety of creative and flavorful cocktails to choose from.
It was a wonderful event, bringing together bartenders from many hotels to share their stories and commitment to sustainability while sipping cocktails.

マリオットボンヴォイグループのアジアパシフィック地区で開催されているサステナブルなカクテルチャンピオンシップから、これからの時代のカクテルがお目見え。3つのコンセプト (1、ローカルの食材、サステナブルの食材を使い、2、イノベイティブなミクソロジーで、3、ゴミを減らす取り組み)を基に生まれたカクテルを、マレーシアのマリオットボンヴォイ系列の22のホテルレストラン&バーで提供します。
地元産のパッションフルーツと生姜のピクルスの組み合わせや、グラスの淵にまぶしたカリーリーフと塩、パンダンで香り付けした Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Ginとココナツウォーターの組み合わせなど、味わい深くクリエイティブなカクテルがいろいろ。
多くのホテルのバーテンダーが一同に集い、サステナブルなこだわりやストーリーを伺いながらカクテルをいただく、素敵なイベントでした。
