I had Chinese New Year Celebrating dishes from CNY course.
My most recommend dish is “ Chef Signature Roasted Duck, Truffle Sauce”. Have red wine. The marriage is awesome.
Must not forget “Braised Assorted Dried Seafood Soup, Yellow Broth “. Umami from all seafood ingredients melted to the special soup.
“ Stewed Pork Knuckle, Sea Cucumber “ is luxurious dish. They were cooked separately for over 2.5 hours and taste combined.
They have 8 kinds of CNY Celebrating course.

セントーサにあるヒュージョン中華レストラン。
上海のリッツカールトンやアメリカのミシュラン中華レストラン、シンガポールなどでの経験があるシェフが、12名の料理人を率いて素晴らしい味を作り出しています。
パリッとした皮の鴨と甘めのトリュフソースは、赤ワインと合わせるとまるでフランス料理のよう。マンダリンオレンジと粒マスタードのソースに絡めた海老料理は普段のメニューにも掲載。2時間30分以上旨味ソースの中で別々に煮込んで合わせたポークニックルは食感がナマコとも似ているとはじめての発見。
普段のメニューでのお店の1番人気は、少しスパイシーなとびっこ入りの海老チャーハンと、お茶でスモークしたイベリコ豚だそう。

We can buy Pork products and eat in.
Now they have RM16 promotion set on weekday.
B set ( Pork Katsu Set ) ‘s usual price is RM26.
The batter is a bit thick, but the meat is soft, crispy and tasty.
イオンテブラウのノンハラルコーナーでプロモーション中。
イートインできるメニューにとんかつセットがあったのでオーダーしてみました。
すごいボリュームで、普段はRM26のところ、平日はRM16とのこと。
衣は少し厚めなのですが、お肉は柔らかく、衣は脂っぽくなくサクサク。トンカツ屋さんのカツに近い感じで美味しくいただけます。
ソースの味もちょっと馴染みのある味とは違う感じですが、総じてとてもお値打ちなセットだと思いました。キャベツがもっと千切りで山盛りだと嬉しい、、、 |

We can have local foods, drinks and desserts.
And we can order fresh flower bouquet.
When I orderd Earl Grey Tea RM7.9, complementary rose was served. It’s very romantic !
Daily lunch set ( Tuesday Chicken Chop with iced lemon tea RM18.9 ) also good.
And Every 2 weeks, they have Sogetsu Ikebana class.( Japanese Sogetsu Style flower arrangement).
RM60 /1 time 2 hours/ include flower materials and lunch.
Everyone can join. Wonderful experience !!

また、隔週で草月流の生花教室が開催されていて、不定期や1度のみでも体験できます。2時間お花と向き合うことができてリラックス。花材全て込み、ランチも込みでRM60はすごくお得。
