Le Mei is Chinese cuisine by blending ancient traditions with contemporary techniques.
They prepare four luxurious set menus. I tasted Everlasting Prosperity Set. “Steamed Turbot Fish with Hunan Fermented Chilies” is ancient traditional china style. And modern contemporary style’s “Fried Organic Brown Rice with Sakura Shrimps, Seafood and
Foie Gras” is so special. Every set include complimentary bottle of wine for toast to new beginnings.

チャイニーズニューイヤー用の豪華なセットメニューは4種類。 私が味わったのは「Everlasting Prosperity (永遠の繁栄) セット」。 「湖南の発酵唐辛子を添えたターボットフィッシュの蒸し物」は、中国古来の伝統的なスタイル。 そしてモダンなコンテンポラリースタイルの「有機玄米と桜えび、シーフード、フォアグラの炒飯」はスペシャル感のあるメニューでした。
すべてのセットには、新しい年を祝い乾杯するためのボトルワインが無料で付いてきます。

Celebrate prosperity, happiness, and good fortune with three exceptional set menus crafted to perfection with premium ingredients and traditional flavors.
I attended the dinner preview and tasted Fortune Set.
After tossed Yee San, the soup is “Buddha Jumps Over the Wall” with Morel Mushroom. Crispy duck with truffle sauce, Steamed Dragon Tiger Grouper, Sumptuous Lobster, Big Abalone and Sea cucumber, and the rice is Claypot Smoke duck rice. The end dessert is also gorgeous! Dragon fruit cream with sago include Bird Nest !!
We all enjoyed so much. High ceiling atmosphere also nice.

If your purpose is shopping and dining, this is the hotel for you!
I stayed one night at Le Meridien Hotel in Putrajaya. The view is a wonderful blend of futuristic and green overlooking the mall and golf course.
Rooms are spacious, simple and comfortable. Besides the convenient location, another great thing about this hotel is the food. The cocktail hour in the executive lounge is excellent, as is the tempting breakfast buffet from the dining restaurant “Latest Recipe ”. There is more than a breakfast selection, including pizza, roast chicken, saba teriyaki, and creative croissants.
One night is not enough to enjoy both the hotel and shopping.
