Hai Kah Lang is a popular seafood noodle, fish head noodle, and seafood porridge restaurant with three branches in Kuala Lumpur and one in Sentosa, Johor Bahru.
It is a Michelin Bib Gourmand 2023 and 2024 certified restaurant.
The fresh seafood is mainly from North Borneo.
I visited JB restaurant.
They have many kinds of seafood a la carte dishes, noodles and porridge, and you can choose from a variety of soups and noodles.
The system is that you order when you enter the restaurant and are given a number tag, and are seated when your number is called, so even though there are many people in the restaurant, the turnover is quick and even at lunchtime we were seated within 10-15 minutes wait.
The seafood is very fresh. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous, so it is no wonder this is a popular restaurant.

Hai Kah Lang 海脚人 は、クアラルンプールに3店舗とジョホールバルのセントーサにある、シーフードヌードル、とフィッシュヘッドヌードル、海鮮粥の人気店。
ミシュランビブグルマン2023と2024の認定店です。
新鮮な魚介類は、主に北ボルネオ産のものだそう。
JB店に伺いました。
たくさんの種類の魚介類の一品料理、麺とおかゆがあり、スープや麺の種類も選べます。
店に入って番号札をもらったら先にオーダーし、番号が呼ばれたら着席するシステムなので、大勢人がいても回転は早く、お昼でも10-15分待ちで座れました。
魚介はとても新鮮。お値段もお手頃で、量もたっぷりなので、人気店になるのも納得。

Holiday Inn JBCC’s weekend dinner buffet.
Seafood on Ice, Sushi, Thai food, BBQ etc, many fusion dishes await you.
I like the Oxtail Thai soup noodle. It’s little bit sour, spicy, rich and flavourful. Roasted Chicken and Pat Thai is also good. I heard Thai buffet start in August. So looking forward to.

ホリデーインJBCCの週末ディナービュッフェ。シーフードオンアイス、寿司、BBQなどさまざまな料理があります。
私が気に入ったのは、オーソブッコのタイ風ヌードル。旨みのあるスープに少しだけ辛くて少しだけ酸味があり、はじめていただく料理でおいしかったです。ローストチキンやパッタイも良かった。8月からタイビュッフェが始まるそうです。
ゆったりと食事が楽しめます。

Stayed 2 nights at Holiday Inn JBCC, the only city hotel in Johor Bahru with direct access to CIQ. simple, bright, comfortable rooms with JB town view. The gym is open 24 hours.
There are two special points about this hotel!
1, Direct access to two shopping malls, City Square and Komtar JBCC. Convenience stores and cafes are located right outside the hotel entrance for shopping and dining. A small door on the upper floor leads down to Komtar, where you will find the Cat Cafe and a huge playground, where hotel guests can also get discounts. Family friendly!
