On Monday, two weeks after Uncle Roger's Fried Rice Shop opened, I went first thing in the morning, just in time for the 10:00 am opening.
As it turns out, it was very good! It was well seasoned, the rice was cooked well, flavorful and wok hei, and a little spicy and deep taste.
It is not Chinese fried rice, but rather the best Malaysian Chinese -style fried rice!
The Mala Shrimp Oil on the table was so good that if they sold it in bottles, I would have definitely bought some to take home.
In fact, before going there, I had heard both sides of the reputation, "very good" and "ordinary and nothing special," and since the menu was pretty narrowed down, with only three standard fried rice dishes, some toppings, and sides, I did not have high expectations for the taste.
However, I was eager to try it again.
This time, we waited about 30 minutes to be seated, and our fried rice was served an hour after we ordered. 50-60 seats, very packed, but 1-2 servers. It took us 2 hours from the time we got there to the time we left, so I would recommend giving yourself plenty of time to get there.

アンクルロジャーのフライドライスショップがオープンして2週間後の月曜日、朝1番、10時の開店に合わせて行きました。
結論から言うと、とてもおいしかった!しっかり味がついていて、ご飯はパラパラ、風味豊かでwok hei (中華鍋の調理で最高の味や香りを引き出していること)で、少しピリ辛で奥深い味。中華系のチャーハンというより、まさにマレーシア風の最高のフライドライス!
テーブルに置かれたマーラーシュリンプオイルがものすごく美味しくて、瓶で売っていたら絶対に買って帰りたい味でした。
