Tampoiにこの6月にオープンしたショッピングモール、パラゴンマーケットプレイスにはもう行ったでしょうか？私ははじめてだったのですが、今日からの3連休と来週末は、ナイトマーケットのような露店やフードトラックが出ていて楽しい場所です。
地上の駐車場に車を停めると目の前にテント。落ち着いて食べることのできるスペースでは生バンド演奏もありました。
ここで、同系列のグランドパラゴンホテルが初のフードストールを出店しています。
さすがホテル。シェフが自ら料理していて、盛り付けも味も洗練。お値段はストール価格でリーズナブル。ラマダンビュッフェだけで提供していた名物のドリアンゴレンがこの時期いただけて、サクサククリーミー。
ラクサは濃厚でとても美味しかったし、アップルパイもバターのいい風味。おいしいコーヒーや紅茶もメルデカ記念でRM6.3です。

昨日ご紹介したさつまいもドーナツのKeriaと同じ屋台街にあるRM1のフライドチキン屋さん。
毎朝新鮮な丸ごとチキンを60羽も！仕入れているそう。それをカットしてスパイス入りの粉をつけて揚げ、好みによってソースをかけるだけの簡単な作業。
なのに、揚げたてはカリッとしてジューシーで、ほどよい大きさで、本当に美味しいフライドチキンです。
スパイシーはほどほどのピリ辛具合。1番人気の韓国チキンは1pcRM1.5。甘すぎず少し酸味もあるソースはしっかり辛くておいしい。
パサマラム(ナイトマーケットという意味)という名の屋台街ですが、昼間長時間営業しているから寄りやすいです。

オープン直後の10時に行ったら座れましたが、11時ごろには何組も来ていたので、タイミングを見計らって行くのがよさそう。
日陰でファンがあるので暑くなく、歩行者専用通路なのでゆったりと時間が止まったような感覚。すごく素敵なカフェです。
朝ごはんにパンとラテをいただきましたが、シンプルで美味しかったです。

だいぶ前からすごく美味しい牛肉麺の店があると聞いていましたが、やっと来ることができました。
牛肉の出汁がしっかり入ったクリアなスープは、シンプルな味で臭みもなくすごく美味しい。体が弱っている時や飲んだ後にも食べたくなる味。そこに牛肉がたっぷり。お肉のみか、内蔵や筋などミックスか選べます。
麺も数種あって選べますが、ラクサヌードルがとてもよく合う。

MCO前によく来ていたのですが、今回、味と盛り付けがさらに良くなっていると思いました。ステーキはいつでも絶妙な焼き加減で柔らかくジューシー。無料で提供されるバゲットもとても美味しいです。大きな和牛バーガーが、パテとパンとのバランスがかなり良くてオススメ。ワインのおつまみにはイカのフリットやカップレーゼサラダ、海老のサラダがあります。シーフードたっぷりのトマトパスタは結構しっかりスパイシー。

Not too big space and very comfortable atmosphere.
They serve not only signature abalone and seafood dishes, but also Chinese style Lamb BBQ, 小籠包, Western dishes, Crayfish etc.

ペランギのショップロットにあるラベンダーの右側エリアにあります。
1階はアワビ屋さんの店になっていて、この上にレストランがあるというのは一見気づきません。店に入ってエレベーターを上ると、小さいスペースながらもとても心地よいインテリア。落ち着いている空間で、友人とのちょっとした食事にぴったり。夜は屋上の野外席でも楽しめそうです。少人数向きのお店。
化学調味料不使用のお味は上品で洗練されています。
アワビやふかひれを使用したゴージャスなメニューもありつつ、前菜や中華風串焼きなどはすごくお手頃。麺やご飯ものと小籠包という組み合わせもいいですね。しっかりお肉を食べたい方には、大きなイベリコポークチョップも。
いろいろオーダーした私のオススメは、アワビの入った焼き小籠包や、卵白と蟹の炒め物、100gからオーダーできるプリプリのザリガニ。リピートします。
