Everyone knows this long-established Cantonese restaurant. Just up the stairs from the lobby of the Shangri-La Hotel, the restaurant has a classic, relaxed atmosphere with a red base color.
We visited for the Peking Duck.
The Peking Duck has a very high level of crispiness of the skin, thickness and flavor. For the second course using duck meat, you can choose from six dishes, including stir-fry and fried rice, but we ordered the minced meat wrapped in lettuce.
The other dishes are also excellent. There were many creative dishes that you won't find at other restaurants, such as crispy shaved soft-shell crab and yams.
The prices are upscale, but you can get a discount if you are a Shangri-La club member or book through Eatigo.

誰もが知る、老舗の広東料理レストラン。シャングリラホテルのロビーから階段を上がるとすぐ、赤を基調としたクラシックで落ち着いた雰囲気のレストランです。
北京ダックを食べに伺いました。
皮のクリスピーさ、厚さや風味など、かなりレベルの高い北京ダックです。ダックの肉を使用した2コース目は、炒め物やチャーハンなど6品から選べますが、ミンチのレタス包みをオーダーしました。
他の料理も絶品。ソフトシェルクラブとヤムイモのクリスピーなかき揚げなど、他店では見かけない創作料理もたくさんありました。
お値段は高級ですが、シャングリラのクラブメンバーやEatigoを通した予約で割引になります。

One of my favourite cafe.
There are 3 outlets in KL, this Bamboo Hills outlet is newest and biggest one.
High ceiling and full of plants view is very comfortable.
Whole ingredients are prepared by natural methods, cooked over open-fire charcoal grills and wood-fire ovens.
The price range is high side as cafe. But The portion is huge. Taste is fine restaurant quality.
Usually I don’t order potato fries. But this Garlic Crisper Fries is highly recommended! Very crispy and cannot stop to picking!

お気に入りのオールデイダイニングカフェのうちのひとつ。
KLには3店舗ありますが、このバンブーヒルズ店は一番新しく大きい。
天井が高く、窓一面植物の眺めはとても心地がよいです。
ここでは、食材はすべて自然な方法で調理され、直火の炭火焼きグリルや薪オーブンで調理されます。価格帯はカフェとしては高めですが、ボリューム満点で、味は高級レストラン並みにおいしい。
普段、私はカフェでポテトフライは注文しませんが、このガーリック・クリスパー・フライドポテトはとてもお勧め！とってもクリスピーで箸が止まりません！

So delicious! How about to celebrate Chinese New Year with Sichuan dishes ?
It’s the first CNY for very new hotel: “Fourpoints by Sheraton KLCC”. The hotel restaurant SICHUAN KITCHEN serve authentic taste by Sichuan native chef.
I tasted “Private dining room set 1 (RM168/pax). Yee Sang to Dessert, the set include 14 dishes !
Starting with a spicy appetizer, a gentle soup with chicken fluffed up like soft tofu, and a main course of six very satisfying dishes: abalone, sea bream, beef, lamb, chicken, and vegetables. The meal concludes with fried rice and fruit.
It was a very tasty and well balanced set, and I never got bored until the end.
There is also a hot pot course, and this is the only hot pot restaurant in Malaysia that has one in the hotel. You can enjoy delicious Sichuan cuisine in a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere.

11月にオープンしたばかりの新しいホテル、フォーポイントバイシェラトンKLCC。ホテル内のレストラン「SICHUAN KITCHEN」では、四川出身のシェフによる本場の味が楽しめます。
プライベートダイニングセット1（1人あたりRM168）をいただきました。イーサンからデザートまで14品！
スパイシーな前菜からはじまり、鶏肉をおぼろ豆腐のようにふわふわにした優しいスープ、メインディッシュは鮑、金目鯛、牛肉、ラム、鶏肉、野菜と大充実の6品。締めはフライドライスとフルーツ。
メリハリのあるセットで、最後まで飽きずにとても美味しくいただけました。
他に火鍋コースもあり、ホテル内に火鍋レストランがあるのはマレーシアで唯一ここだけ。高級感のある落ち着いた空間でおいしい四川料理がいただけます。

It’s the place for Modern Chinese Dinner, Show and Live band.
Entering the door with no sign, it was a different world. Beautiful interior and the private room is amazing. I went there on Saturday, so The show alternated between a cabaret show and a live band.
I love cabaret-like places like Burlesque in Tokyo and Moulin Rouge in Paris, so when I knew about this place” Suzie Wong” in KL, I decided to go there immediately for sure.
The show and live band is amazing, and the crowd got so excited that they danced in front, creating a disco atmosphere.
The Chinese dishes also very tasty.
It makes your night wonderful !

モダンチャイニーズディナーとショー、バンドの生演奏が楽しめるお店。
看板のないシンプルなドアを入ると、そこは別世界。内装も美しく、個室も素晴らしい。私が行ったのは土曜日だったので、夜8時から11時まで、キャバレーショーと生バンドのショーが交互に行われていました。
私は東京のバーレスクやパリのムーランルージュのようなキャバレーのような場所が大好き。なので、このお店を知った時、絶対に行こうと決めていました。
ショーとバンドの生演奏は素晴らしく、盛り上がった観客は踊り、ディスコのような雰囲気に。
中華料理もオシャレでとても美味しいです。
素敵な大人の夜を楽しめます！

木曜日だけ！ル・メリディアンホテルペタリンジャヤのアジアン・バーベキュー・ビュッフェは、とても素敵だしリーズナブル！
好きなシーフードとお肉を選び、マレー、インド、中華、洋食のそれぞれに持っていってソースを選ぶと、作り立てを運んでくれます。
もちろん、料理の種類も豊富。通常ホテルのビュッフェだと、料理のカテゴリーによって得意不得意がありますが、このホテルは、マレー、インド、中華、洋食、ケーキまで、どのカテゴリーの料理もとても美味しく感じました。特に、バターチキンマサラ、中華のジンジャービーフ、洋食の根菜グラタンが気に入りました。アイスクリームやプチケーキ、アイスティーも種類が豊富にあって嬉しい。

My family (3pax) stayed Residence Suite room for 3nights.
The Residence Suites are perfect for a live-in stay, with a living room, one bedroom, and bathroom, as well as a kitchen, study, and window patio.
The staff is friendly and hospitable, and the club lounge is spacious and comfortable. The scones and butter cake available at teatime were very good.
We were able to choose to use both the restaurant and the club lounge for breakfast.

ブキビンタンの、パビリオンの向かいにあるウェスティンホテル。とても便利な立地。
家族(3名)がレジデンススイートルームに3泊しました。
レジデンススイートは、リビングと1ベッドルーム、バスルームの他、キッチン、書斎、窓際のパティオがあり、暮らすように滞在するにはぴったり。
スタッフもフレンドリーでホスピタリティがよく、クラブラウンジも広くて快適。ティータイムにいただけるスコーンやバターケーキもとても美味しかったです。
朝食はレストランとクラブラウンジ両方を選んで使うことができました。
