And let’s say, this buffet is one of the Best hotel buffet for me in terms of food variety, taste and value for money !
Appetizers include high quality ham, artichokes and mozzarella cheese, while Malay dishes include wagyu beef and giant prawns. The roast beef is juicy and tender, and I prefer it with chimichurri sauce rather than gravy. Chinese steamed fish and Peking duck are all very tasty. An assortment of pasta, noodles, Indian and Oriental dishes such as couscous that I couldn’t get to. Too full!
And while it's not easy to find good cakes at hotel buffets, the cakes here are authentic French pastries, a good size and I want to eat all kinds.
My friend says the bread is also delicious.
I would recommend this buffet to foodies.

クアラルンプール、ダマンサラにある、Sofitelホテルの木曜限定ディナービュッフェ。
マレーシア各地の7種のメニューがハイライト。ですがそれだけでなく、中華や西洋料理なども充実したメニューラインナップ。
私がこれまでいただいたマレーシアのホテルビュッフェで、内容も美味しさもコストパフォーマンスも、ベストのうちの一つだと思いました。
前菜には生ハムやアーティチョークやモッツァレラチーズが使われ、マレー料理には和牛や巨大な海老も。ローストビーフはジューシーで柔らかく、グレイビーではなくチミチュリソースでいただくのも好み。中華の蒸し魚や北京ダックも、全てとてもおいしい。パスタやインド料理やクスクスなどのオリエンタルな料理まで辿り着けない品揃え。
そして、なかなかホテルビュッフェで美味しいケーキに出会うことはない中、ここのケーキは正統派フランス菓子で、サイズも程よく、全種類食べたくなる味。
私は食べませんでしたが、友人曰く、パンもおいしいそうです。
美食家におすすめしたいビュッフェ。とってもおいしかった！オススメです。

Now their breakfast is Full Buffet.
The food selection is something like lunch buffet.
Chilli Con Carne, Chicken Curry, Boxing chicken, Shepard Pie etc. there are many meaty and powerful menu.
Good energy for business man !

出張で再びこのホテルに2泊。
部屋は満室で、朝食はビュッフェになっていました。(以前はセミビュッフェ。)
他のホテルとちょっと違って、朝食だけど、メニューセレクションが少しランチビュッフェっぽい。
チリコンカルネやチキンフライやケサディーやシェパードパイなど、お肉系のメニューが多くてわりとガッツリ。
スタバで売ってそうな大きなドーナツやケーキも置いてあり、朝からしっかり食べてエネルギーチャージしたい人には嬉しい感じ。
ヘルシーにしたければ、フルーツやサラダや搾りたてリンゴジュースやお粥などももちろんあります。
コスパも良く、電車ビューも素敵。

I had super delicious dinner!
It’s French based cuisine with Japanese influence.
It’s the bistro of Ciantro(One of the best French restaurant in KL) led by Chef Takashi.
Menu selection is classic French style.
The taste was concentrated in a simple presentation. The seasoning of the sauces and the cooking way were exquisite.
The crispy and succulent chicken dish in a cream sauce with morel mushrooms and the beef cheek bourguignon were wonderful flavours that I will miss again.
We ordered starters, mains and desserts a la carte each, with a budget of around RM150〜 per person.

本当においしいフレンチディナー！
KLのフレンチの名店、シェフTakashi率いる「シアントロ」のビストロ「ラ テラス」。ミカサオールスイートホテルのダイニングレストランのテラス部分にあり、8テーブルのみの小さなスペース。
メニューはクラシックなフレンチメニューが中心で、日本のエッセンスも感じられます。
シンプルな盛り付けの中に凝縮したおいしさ。ソース類の味付けや、食材の火の通し方など、絶妙でした。
モリーユ茸のクリームソースにサクサクジューシーな鶏肉のお皿と、牛頰肉のブルギニオンは、また恋しくなる素晴らしい味。
前菜、メイン、デザートとそれぞれアラカルトで注文して、1人分の予算はRM150くらいです。

First time to stay for business travel.
The price is reasonable. So actually I didn’t expect so much. Minimum hotel is ok.
But after checked in, I like there so much!
It’s just simple and nice. Room is very clean and comfortable.
Deluxe room have bathtub.
There are no swimming pool and no parking spaces. But they have gym, mini shop and laundry room !
Very convenient.
Breakfast is semi buffet. They have some selections on buffet table. We can extra order omelette, Nasi Lemak, Roti Canai etc. taste was good.
The staff was very friendly and kindly. Good hospitality.
Trains run beside of restaurant window. It’s fun.
So I will definitely come back.

フェアフィールドホテル、クアラルンプール。マリオット系列の新しい4つ星ホテルです。
出張でKLに来て、はじめてここに宿泊しました。リーズナブルなので、ミニマムだろうと、期待をしていませんでした。
部屋に入ると、とても素敵で嬉しい驚き。シンプルでとても清潔。広いし眺めも良いし、このデラックスルームにはバスタブもありました。
ホテルに駐車場とプールはありませんが、ジムとミニショップがあり、ランドリールームがあるのがかなり便利。
朝食はセミビュッフェで、ビュッフェ台には少しのセレクションですが、追加でメニューからオムレツやナシレマなどをオーダーできます。スタッフがとても親切。レストランの窓の外すぐには電車が走ってて楽しい。
とても気に入ったのでまた宿泊すると思います。

Who said omakase can't fill you up?
This is the place where A5 Wagyu beef will fill your stomach and heart considerably.
Two of us visited and had the 'Kiku Omakase' course for one, plus a la carte: XXXL prawn, Hokkaido scallops and Wagyu curry don (excellent!).
The course for one included a generous 250g of five different types of A5 Miyazaki wagyu beef! The beef is tender, juicy and the sweet fat is mouth-watering.
The wagyu Katsu sandwich and wagyu inaniwa udon are also part of the course, and are too large for one person to finish.
There is also many selection of a la carte menu, so you can share a course or combine a course and a la carte.
Everything from appetisers to desserts was very tasty.
Miyazaki Wagyu beef is halal. Parking available. They have great promotion too!

Glad I did! Found a Nice hidden café!
It’s Casual cafe in Ritz Carlton KL. We can enjoy Cakes, Sandwiches, Light meals and Drinks.
There are so many people in Bukit Bintang on holidays that it's tiring and crowded everywhere.
There is also a queue to get into cafés.
There is a well-known café in the Ritz-Carlton dedicated to afternoon tea, but there is a hidden café at the back where you can just have coffee!
A beautiful space where you can relax.
The cakes are so good looking and reasonably priced that you'll end up ordering cakes even if you only intend to order a drink.
The beautiful cakes that change daily are RM15, and the sandwiches are also RM15-25.
I ordered the roast beef sandwich as a take-away and it came with a salad.
The cakes are very sweet side. Tea is served in a pot.
I decide here is a regular stopover on the way to shopping in Bukit Bintang.

嬉しい！穴場カフェ発見！
リッツカールトンの中にあるカジュアルカフェ。
休日のブキビンタンはものすごくたくさんの人がいて、どこも混み合っていて疲れる。
カフェに入るのも行列。
リッツカールトン内では、アフタヌーンティー専用のカフェはよく知られているけれど、コーヒーだけ飲むこともできる穴場カフェが奥にありました！
ゆっくりできる美しい空間。
ドリンクだけオーダーするつもりが、ついケーキをオーダーしてしまう素敵な見た目と手頃なお値段。
日替わりの美しいケーキはRM15。サンドウィッチ類もRM15-25。
ローストビーフサンドウィッチをテイクアウェイしたら、サラダもついてきました。
ケーキはしっかり甘め。紅茶はポットでサーブ。
ここはブキビンタンでの買い物途中にいつも立ち寄る場所に決定。

Signature dish’s Xiao Long Pao 小籠包is big and juicy. Dong Po Rou 东坡肉is the best. Another my favourite is 担担面 and Crispy duck Cheong Fun腸粉.

上海料理レストラン。ブキビンタンのJWマリオットホテルにあります。クアラルンプールで上海レストランはここが唯一。さらに、ノンハラルの豚肉使用のホテルレストランというのは、マレーシアのホテルレストランではかなり珍しいです。
日曜と祝日は、朝10:30オープン。飲茶メニューもあります。ランチは予約を取っていないとのことで、10:40ごろに来たら、続々とお客が来て、帰る頃には行列ができていました。
価格帯は高級ですが質も高く満足。
シグネイチャーの小籠包や焼き餃子など、大きくてジューシーで中の肉餡は味がしっかり濃いめ。トンポーロー(豚の角煮)はベスト！
鴨の揚げ春巻きが入って腸粉もかなりいい感じ。坦々麺はほどよいスパイシーさとコクで、酸味があるタイプで麺自体もおいしかったです。また来たいお店。

もう、本当に素敵！毎月来てもいいくらい、大満足の内容。
エグゼクティブシェフのKeith Hooker氏による料理は、ヨーロッパ料理が中心。洗練された前菜とデザートが充実しています。
生牡蠣やズワイガニ、ロブスターなどのシーフード、キャビアやサーモン、ミニロブスターロールやカニのタルト、北海道ホタテのタルタルなど、小さくて上質な前菜、キノアや五穀米を使用した創作お寿司もとても美味しかったです。
デザートは美しいケーキがずらりと並びます。
メインディッシュはプライムローストビーフやラムラック、サーモンのパイ包み。北京ダックやタンドリーチキン、マレー料理も少しあります。
ドリンク飲み放題をつけると、スパークリングワインや数種のカクテルも。

Among us Japanese, it’s Malaysia localised Japanese restaurant. But the sumptuous and glamorous presentation is interesting in a certain way.
I haven't been here in five or six years. This time I ordered a few creative dishes from the many menus. They were very good!

JBに4店舗、KLに3店舗あるローカル経営の日本食レストラン。メニュー数がかなり多く、クオリティも安定していて、ほどよい価格。ずっと大人気で、週末になると店の前に人だかりができます。
日本人の間では、ローカライズされた和食屋さんという認識だけど、豪華に見せる盛り付け方法など、こういうものが現地の人に人気が出るのだと、ある意味勉強になるお店。
5、6年ぶりに行ってみました。
いろいろ注文してみて、創作料理系が味も価格もとても良かったです。
マグロとサーモンとアボカドを海苔に巻いていただく「和楽屋海苔刺身」や、豚薄切り肉で海老とカニカマを巻いたカツ、フォアグラとホタテのグリルなど、またリピートしたいと思う料理でした。
週末は事前予約した方が良いです。

It’s world’s largest hotel. 3towers have 7351 rooms !
They have 31 Check in counter !
Room number was 5 figures !
It has wide selection of price range.
Connection is very convenient to SkyWorlds, Skytropolice, Restaurants and shopping places !
Rooms are showing their age. But The hot water supply for showers and baths is also fine.
If you're lucky, you might be able to see the sea of clouds from your room！

世界一のホテルに宿泊しました！
リゾートワールドゲンティンの中にあるホテル「ファーストワールドホテル」。
何が世界一かというと、部屋数が7351もある、世界で最も大きなホテル。ギネスブックにも記録されています。
3つの棟があり、部屋ナンバーは5桁！
チェックインカウンターは31もありました。
とにかく立地が便利。価格帯も予算に合わせていろいろ。
部屋は年季が入っていますが、シャワーとお風呂のお湯の温度やお湯の出は問題なく。
館内で一日中遊んだ後、すぐそのまま宿泊できるのは便利。
部屋によっては窓から雲海が見えるかも。

Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park @ Resort World Genting, Genting Highland
New Open !
This is My first time to Genting.
An hour from KL, this mountain-top entertainment resort was a paradise full of excitement.
Newly opened in February, Sky Worlds is a theme park with around 25 attractions. Visitors can play all day long.
The high altitude makes it very comfortable, as you can enjoy the sky changing every five minutes (blue sky, foggy sky, feeling like you're in the clouds) and it's also cooler.
The system design for smooth enjoyment is also excellent.
When you download the app, you can search for attractions, get route guidance and make reservations to ride without standing in line. And when you have your photo taken by a photographer in the theme park, your photo is instantly reflected in the app and you can download as many photos as you like for free.
The food inside Sky Worlds was also tasty.
I totally loved it and would go back again and again.
It is a one-hour bus ride from KL Sentral. Just the beautiful cable car ride to get here is exciting. Highly recommended!!!

はじめてのゲンティン。KLから1時間で行ける、山の上のエンターテイメントリゾートは、ワクワクが詰まった楽園でした。
2月に新しくオープンしたスカイワールズは、約25のアトラクションがあるテーマパーク。一日中遊べます。
標高の高い場所にあるので、5分ごとに変わる空の表情(青空や霧がかかったり、雲の中にいるような気分だったり)が楽しめて、しかも涼しいのでとても快適です。
スムーズに楽しめるシステム設計がまた素晴らしい。
アプリを入れると、アトラクションの検索、ルート案内、並ばずに乗れる予約ができます。そして、館内にいるカメラマンに写真を撮ってもらうと、即座に、アプリに自分の写真が反映され、いくらでも無料でダウンロードできます。
スカイワールズ内での食事もおいしかったです。
すっかり気に入って、何度でも行きたい場所になりました。
KLセントラルからバスに乗って1時間。美しいケーブルカーに乗ってここまで来るだけでもワクワクします。すごくオススメ！

In the same time, The funds raised during IWDCW22 will go towards “Happy Cure” maintaining happiness among children who are battling cancer.
I attended the special IWDCW event “Maiden Voyage by Caorunn Gin 琴琴有约”.
It’s also celebrating of “Thirst Magazine” 10years anniversary! This drinks magazine’s founder Kim Choong is one of the very first person to contribute the cocktail bar scene.
The venue “Three x Co” is one of “Asia’s 50 Best Bars”.
We enjoyed 3kinds of Caorunn Gin and special cocktails with them.

ドリンクマガジン「Thirst Magazine」の10周年記念でもあるこのイベントのホストは、Thirst MagazinのファウンダーであるKim Choong 氏(マレーシアのカクテルシーンでの第一人者の1人)。
Caorunn Gin の飲み比べと、これらを使用した、この夜限りの香り高い3種のカクテルをいただきました。
カクテルウィークでは、ガンと闘う子供たちに幸せを届ける団体へのチャリティーも行っています。

Stylish hotel with loft-inspired design.
It’s my first time to stay this hotel.
Rooms are spacious and functional. There is no lounge, but Titanium members were offered free drinks in the fridge and snacks.
The pool is on the roof and the breakfast is good with a wide selection.
Clean and comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water for showers.
Location is very convenient as it is connected to KL Sentral. There are restaurants, shops, supermarkets and everything else. A perfect hotel for a simple stay.

立地はKLセントラルに接続しているので非常に便利。レストラン、物販の店、スーパーマーケットなどなんでもあります。シンプルに滞在するのに申し分のないホテル。

A new hotel opening in 2019.
Located in Chinatown, surrounded by many atmospheric cafes and kopitiams.
From the bar, pool and gym you can see both the KL Tower and the Twin Towers.
The hotel is compact, yet simple and clean. Room rate start at around RM200 per night.
I stayed in a suite room for many nights. It has a living room and bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and a large mirror. There is no bathtub but it is very comfortable room.
The breakfast (RM30) is very good with a enough selection.

コンパクトなホテルながらに、シンプルで清潔。中国モダンエレメントがちりばめられていて素敵。1室RM200前後から宿泊できてお手頃。
今回私はスイートルームに連泊しました。リビングとベッドルームがあり、クローゼットスペースと鏡が大きい心地よい部屋です。バスタブがありませんがとても快適です。
朝食は品揃え豊富でとてもおいしい。
全体的に、価格に対するクオリティが高いです。
