I had lunch with friends. And after 3 hour, I want to come here again.

タイの南、中心、北出身の3人のシェフが腕を振るいます。
ジョホールのタイレストランでは、ココナッツミルク多めとか、全体的に甘い味付けが多いように思いますが、ここはまさにタイの味。スッキリ爽やかでメリハリがあり、何をたべても本当に美味しくて驚きました。しかも安い！蟹と卵ののプーパッポンカリーなんて、タイで食べる半額以下。
メニューにないものでもオーダーすれば作ってくれるそうです。1人でふらっと来ても、フライドライスやガパオライスなどの手軽なメニューもたくさん。

パエリアがあるだろうとは思っていましたが、着くなり、そのものすごい品揃えに圧倒されました。
スペインテーマの料理は、パエリア、フィデウア、スペイン風のアドボバーベキュー、14種類のタパスバー、それと煮込み料理など。
それに、茹で海老と茹で蟹、お刺身とお寿司、サラダのスペシャルはパルミジャーノチーズ丸ごとの上で和えるシーザーサラダ。外では揚げ物コーナーでエビフライやチュロス、シュラスコも焼きたて。
中に戻るとマレー、インド、中華料理それぞれの様々な種類があります。
だれでも満足するようなラインナップで、普通にいただくのでは到底マレー料理やインド料理にはたどり着きません。
グルメな友人たちにお気に入りのホテルビュッフェを聞くと、ルネッサンスだと答える方が多かったです。
JBでシュラスコをいただける場所はまだないので、それを目当てに行くのもアリだと思います。
どのお料理もお味はとてもいいです。

Now this group has 5restaurants and a liquor shop in same shop lot.
This time I joined “Italian Wine Pairing Dinner event” RM199.
5 kinds of good Italian wine from Verona with International dishes from deferent restaurants of Coppola group.
” SARTORI” The winery started in 1898 when Pietro Sartori purchased a vineyard and a small cellar to stably supply good wine at his hotel. More than 100 years have passed since then, and the fourth generation is now in charge. Wines are made near Verona, Italy.
Classical white wine that goes well with seafood and red wine with complexity and intensity are smooth to drink, fruity and delicious.
After enjoy aperitif at Sofia Bar, we had dinner at Coppola. The dishes matched with these wines are Mexican( from Mexico), Italian( from Coppola), Turkey( from Istanbul) and Bulgarian plates. Very international !
Grilled seafood Kebab was super delicious.
Signature Grilled Bulgarian meatballs are tasty with spiced flagrant.
ホライズンヒルズで5年続くイタリアンのCoppola。今では同じショップロット内に、Sofia Bar, Mexico, Havana, Istanbul と5つのレストランとリカーショップがあります。どれも本格的で雰囲気も素晴らしい。
今回は、イタリアのヴェローナのワインセラー「SARTORI」の5種のワインとインターナショナル料理のペアリングディナーイベントに参加。
1898年、ピエトロ・サルトーリ氏が自分のホテルで良質なワインを安定して供給するため、畑と小さなセラーを購入したことをきっかけに始まったワイナリー。 それより100年以上の年月を経て、現在では4世目が指揮をとっています。 イタリアのヴェローナ近郊で作られたワイン達。
スッキリ爽やかな魚介に合う白のソアーヴェや、重みとインパクトがありつつも飲みやすいアマローネの赤など。どれもフルーティさがあっておいしい。
そして合わせる料理は、コッポラグループの各レストランからいろんな味が。食前酒に合わせたMexicoのケサディーヤはSofia Bar で楽しみ、その後はCoppolaのアランチーニ(ライスコロッケ)やIstanbulのトルコ風の牛肉料理や、ブルガリア風ミートボール など。シンプルでスパイスがきいた料理は、JBの他のレストランではいただけない味も多く、しみじみおいしいと感じました。
オープンしたばかりのトルコ料理「Istanbul」も見せてもらいましたが、内装が凝っていてトルコの雰囲気そのもの。26種類の前菜が用意されていたりと本格的で、次回訪れるのがすごく楽しみです。
こういうワインペアリングディナーは、たまにさまざまなレストランで催されていますが、その店の味が一通りわかるし、かなりお得感もあるので、要チェックです！

There are romantic drinks that resembles the sea. “Roasted pearl milk tea “ RM12.9 with brown sugar tapioca cooked for 2 hours and cheese cream and “ Green pearl milk tea” RM12.9 with thick full matcha green tea are very delicious of course.
But the best menu in this shop is a drink with a peach resin ( Tao jiao). Peach resin, which is said to be immortal food or peach tears, is rich in collagen and good for beauty. Volcano Tao jiao Passion fruit tea RM13.9 and Tao jiao Milk tea RM13.9 containing a lot of Tao Jiao. It’s the best for beauty. The texture is also delicious.
A simple menu with fresh milk tea and sea-like jelly “ Crystal fresh milk” RM10.9 is nice. After ordering for 30 minutes, souffle cake RM15.9 like a gift from the sea comes out.

海をイメージしたドリンクやケーキを提供しています。植物由来の青い色素を使ったゼリー入り牛乳などちょっと変わったメニューも。2時間黒糖で煮込んだタピオカが入ったパールミルクティーや抹茶のミルクティーも濃くて美味しいです。
さて。女性に嬉しいスペシャルドリンクとは！？
それは、タオジャオがたくさん入ったフルーツティーやミルクティー。
桃胶(タオジャオ)とは桃の木から分泌された樹脂で、「桃の花の涙」や「不老不死の食べ物」といわれています。水で一晩戻して使用するのですが、味はほぼなくプリトゥルな食感。コラーゲン豊富な薬膳で、ジョホールバルでも売っていますが結構高級。薬膳屋さんで売っているこれが入ったドリンクも、甘い少量のもの。
それが、ここのドリンクにはたっぷり入って、フレッシュフルーツなど爽やかな味わい。甘さ具合はオーダーできるので、ノーシュガーにしたら本当にヘルシーな美容ドリンクになります。
タオジャオ入りドリンクは、パッションフルーツ、ピンクグレープフルーツ、ミルクティー、ブルーな牛乳、の4種類があります。
