In recent years, this hotel has become very popular among both Chinese tourists and Malaysian staycationers.
The location is in Chinatown, surrounded by many cafes and kopitiams with a nice atmosphere.
This time I stayed in a suite room. Although there is no bathtub, it is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel's Bar Jann and Lady Yi's Tea House, where you can enjoy afternoon tea, are both unique and nice with a Chinatown atmosphere.
On weekends, the hotel offers a complimentary experience for hotel guests. Attractions include the Chinatown Walk and mixology master classes at the bar. I attended a tea blending workshop at the tea house, and the experience of blending, making, and drinking your own favorite tea was both relaxing and wonderful.

近年、中国人観光客からも、マレーシア人のステイケーションにも、とても人気があるホテル。
場所はチャイナタウンにあり、周囲には雰囲気の良いカフェやコピティアムがたくさんあります。
今回はスイートルームに宿泊しました。バスタブはないけれど、広くて清潔でとても快適。ホテル内のBar Jann も、アフタヌーンティーをいただけるLady Yi’s Tea House も、チャイナタウンの雰囲気がありユニークで素敵です。
週末には、ホテルゲストに無料でできるエクスペリエンスを提供。チャイナタウンウォークや、バーでのミクソロジーマスタークラスなど魅力的。ティーハウスでのティーブレンディングワークショップに参加しましたが、自分好みのお茶をブレンドして作り、飲むという経験は、リラックスもできて素晴らしかったです。

Four Points by Sheraton Chinatown is located in the Chinatown area. Located on its lobby floor, the Pranakan-style tea house is quite a hidden gem in the wall with its beautiful interior, quiet and relaxed atmosphere, and convenient location.
The afternoon tea offered here is very nice, both the beautiful plates and the color of the cakes. The cakes, which are not too sweet, are of high quality and have a wonderful combination of ingredients. The scones and three kinds of cream are very good, and the sandwiches are generous.
Delicious, lovely and elegant. Highly recommended. The tea is also as tea house, with specially blended tea, not tea bags, but tea leaves. Make reservations early.

High ceilings and comfortable atmosphere.
It looks like a café at first glance, but it is a Western-style restaurant focusing on really good food.
All sauces are handmade. They are particular about the ingredients.
The fish and chips using fresh fish from the local harbor and the truffle mushroom carbonara are a must order. Very tasty. The homemade ginger kombucha has a strong ginger aftertaste that feel good for health.

ローカルの港からの新鮮な魚を使用したのフィッシュアンドチップスと、トリュフマッシュルームカルボナーラはマストオーダー。とてもおいしいです。自家製ジンジャーコンブチャは、しっかりとしたジンジャーの後味が体にいい感じ。

This shop specializes in roll cakes born out of passion.
They started selling online and at kiosks 4 years ago. And recently opened a café.
Specializing in Seinyu rolls, the cafe offers a variety of roll cakes rolled with high quality whipping cream. The rolls are soft and fluffy with a moderate sweetness. You can also feel the deliciousness of the dough. I especially liked the hojicha roll. The flavor and taste of hojicha tea can be felt very well, and the white chocolate and hojicha ganache rolled in the center of the cream is rich and exquisite. The most popular among the many varieties are strawberry, taro, and matcha.
The small 16-seat café adjacent to the workshop was popular and quickly filled up.

生乳ロール専門店で、脂肪分35%の質の高い生クリームを巻いたさまざまなロールケーキがいただけます。甘さ控えめでふわふわ。生地の美味しさも感じられます。とくにほうじ茶ロールが気に入りました。ほうじ茶の風味と味がしっかりと感じられ、クリームの中心に巻き込んだホワイトチョコとほうじ茶のガナッシュが濃厚で絶品。数ある種類の中で1番人気は、いちご、タロ芋、抹茶だそう。
工房に隣接している16席の小さなカフェは、人気ですぐ満席になっていました。

Located on the 2nd floor of Avenue K in the KLCC district, between a gym and California KL Language Academy. It is a very convenient location.
The yellow-gold interior was designed by an American-Italian company.
As the name Italian Coffee implies, they serve Italian Illy brand coffee as well as freshly baked homemade cakes that are faithfully reproduced from Italian café recipes.
In addition to coffee, there are a variety of special drinks available only here. Drinks made by professional bartender Mr. Dip shaking a shaker, fresh juices for detoxification, and more. The cake-topped shakes are also a specialty of the cafe.

コーヒーの他にも、ここでしか飲めないスペシャルなドリンクがいろいろ。プロのバーテンダーMr.Dip がシェイカーを振って作ってくれるドリンクや、デトックスに最適なフレッシュジュースなど。ケーキが載ったシェイクもこの店の名物だそう。
平日の午後限定で、ラテやカプチーノなどがリーズナブルに飲めるのも見逃せません。

Manzanita, a patisserie and boulangerie cafe, is newly opened on the 4th floor of Paradigm Mall. It is a spacious and relaxing space despite its location in the mall.
The menu selection ranges from western cuisine to local delights, and new menu items have been added. I loved the Creamy Garlic Salmon and Beef Stew at times.
The cakes and breads are delicious, with many varieties, and at reasonable prices for both home use and gift giving.
A very nice place to take a break while shopping.

Located in Austin's new sports center, this oden cafe was created to provide a casual and healthy way to fill up after a day of badminton.
There are two soup bases: bonito broth and tom yum broth. Bonito broth is made from 9 kinds of vegetables, kelp, and 3 kinds of dried bonito flakes.
The system is that you choose the soup base and order what you like from 40 kinds of ingredients. The daikon radish was delicious!

A cafe where you can enjoy truly delicious French-style cakes.
A couple who met while studying at a confectionery school in Taiwan started Anti-Diet Pattiserie, a pre-order shop selling cream puffs, tarts, and cookies. The taste was well received, and after several years, they opened this Cafe En Couple, a small cake café next to their workshop.
It is run by two couples. The interior of the cafe, where you take off your shoes, is homey.
The cakes are very sophisticated, high quality and wonderfully flavored. Soft cream, thin and crisp tarts, red wine-scented seasonal American cherries, and flavorful coffee ganache. The combination of textures is exquisite. Every cake is delicious.
They always have one new item every week. Handmade quiche and kombucha are also available.

本当に美味しいフランス風ケーキがいただけるカフェ。
台湾への製菓学校留学中に出会ったカップルが、シュークリームやタルト、クッキーの予約販売店 Anti-Diet Pattiserie をスタート。その味は評判を呼び、数年を経て、工房の横にこの小さなケーキカフェ「Cafe En Couple」をオープンしました。
2組のカップルが運営しています。靴を脱いで上がる店内はアットホーム。
ケーキはとても洗練されていて、上質で素晴らしい味わい。柔らかいクリーム、薄くてさっくりしたタルト、赤ワイン香る季節のアメリカンチェリー、風味豊かなコーヒーガナッシュなど。食感の組み合わせも絶妙。どのケーキをいただいても美味しい。
毎週必ず1品は新作を出しているそう。手作りのキッシュやコンブチャもあります。

本格的な中東料理がいっぱいです。
羊の丸焼き、シャワルマ、ケバブ、コフタ、バクラヴァなどなど。
フムスコーナーの5種類の創作フムスがとてもいい感じ。ガーリックフムスとローストビーツフムスがとても気に入りました。
これらの中東料理ですでにお腹いっぱいで満足ですが、シーフード・オン・アイスの新鮮なオイスターをいただくのもお忘れなく！

Nice and traditional Kopitiam.
Today, trendy kopitiams are booming and are everywhere, but 20 years ago, PappaRich was already ahead of its time and introduced Malaysia's local food culture to the world. At its peak, there were about 100 stores.
Mr. Rich Tan, the founder of PappaRich, has opened this new Rich Kopitiam.
He believes that the most important thing is to maintain the quality and taste of the food. He comes to the restaurant every day to manage it.
The curry mee, made with fresh coconut juice and chicken broth, is excellent, with a mild, thick broth.
The char kway teow is made with Ipoh bean sprouts for an authentic taste. The kampong fried rice and fried chicken were also very tasty, hearty, and of high quality. While serving traditional local food, the brightly lit restaurant was pleasant with jazz music playing in the background.
He hope to expand this Malaysian flavor to the world in the future. It may not be long before we encounter this restaurant in every city.

現在、おしゃれなコピティアムはブームで、いたるところにありますが、20年前に、すでに時代に先駆け、マレーシアのローカル食文化を世界に広めた「PappaRich」。
最盛期には100店舗ほどありました。
そのファウンダーであったRich Tan氏が、新しくこのリッチコピティアムをオープンしました。
何よりも本当に美味しい料理とクオリティ、それを維持することが大切と説くリッチ氏。毎日店に来て管理しています。
フレッシュココナツジュースと鶏肉でじっくりと出汁をとったカリーミーは、まろやかでスープが濃くて絶品。
チャークイティアオにはイポーもやしを使用していて本格的。カンポンフライドライスとフライドチキンもとても美味しくてボリュームもあり、質の高い料理でした。伝統的なローカルフードを提供しつつ、明るい店内にはジャズが流れていて、心地よかったです。
今後、世界にもこのマレーシアの味を展開していきたいそうです。あらゆる街でこの店に出会うことが、そう遠くないかもしれません。メニューもさらに増える予定。

My family travel started! It’s 6nights 7days Japan cruising from Yokohama Port.

The ship took two nights to reach Nagasaki. Buildings line the slopes of the hills surrounding the port, a city that became a symbol of a major milestone during World War II when the Allies dropped an atomic bomb on the city in August 1945.
Nagasaki is small town. So you will enjoy very fruitful trip even in short time by bus, train and walking.

長崎1日旅行
今年の家族旅行は、横浜港発の6泊7日のクルーズの旅。スタートしました。
(クルーズについては後ほど書きます。)
船は2晩かけて長崎に到着。港を取り囲む丘の斜面に建物が立ち並びます。1945 年 8 月に連合国軍が原子爆弾を投下したことで、第二次世界大戦中の大きな節目を象徴する街となりました。
初の長崎でしたが、コンパクトな街なので、バスか路面電車と徒歩で、たくさんの場所をまわることができました。充実した１日。
上記は私の長崎1日旅行でまわった場所です。
教科書で知っていた場所に実際訪れることができて嬉しかったです。

If you enjoy shopping in Tokyo,
Ginza, Shibuya, and Shinjuku are popular, but Kichijoji is also highly recommended!
Kichijoji has been ranked as the "No. 1 place to live" in Japan for more than 10 years. I think its popularity is due to the fact that it is conveniently located about 20 minutes from Shinjuku by train, yet is rich in nature, such as Inokashira Park, and has many shopping streets and stores, offering everything from inexpensive stores to high-end stores.
Once you get off the station, there are countless stores. There are many arcades, from department stores, cheap confectionary stores, electronics stores, drug stores, restaurants, cafes, and anything else you want to buy!
You can shop from the perspective of the people who live here.
However, there are few hotels, so you may want to stay in another city.
数年前から日本での家が吉祥寺付近にあり、買い物や食事など、この街をよく利用しています。本当に便利でよいところ！
日本で10年以上「住みたい街ランキングNo1」を獲得している吉祥寺。人気なのは、新宿から電車で約20分という便利な場所なのに、井の頭恩賜公園などの自然豊かということ、商店街や店が多く、安い店から高級店までなんでもあることだと思います。
駅を降りると無数のお店があります。アーケードも多く、デパートメントストアから、格安お菓子屋さん、電気屋さんからドラッグストア、レストラン、カフェなど、あなたの買いたいものがなんでも揃います！
ただし、ホテルは少ないので、観光客が宿泊するなら別の街がいいでしょう。

Pastry cafe in Medini opened new outlet at Trove Hotel.
The bright and soft atmosphere of the cafe is comfortable, though not so spacious. Open from 9:00 am daily.
A large selection of cakes, tarts, breads, etc. The food menu, including pasta and chicken chops, is classic standard and not too expensive. There are snacks and cocktails too.
You can park your car in the hotel parking lot, so it is convenient to stop by.

メディニ地区にオープンした、アフタヌーンティーを楽しめるケーキカフェが、JBタウンエリア、TroveホテルのG階にオープンしました。
明るくて柔らかい雰囲気の店内は、それほど広くはありませんが快適。毎日朝9時から営業。ケーキやタルト、パンなど数多く並びます。パスタやチキンチョップなど、フードメニューはオーソドックスで価格が高すぎないのが良い。カクテルやスナック類もありました。
ホテルの駐車場に車を停められるので、立ち寄るのに便利です。
