It is amazing that the prices of meat and all ingredients have increased in the world today, yet they remain the same price as before.
Delicious, big volume and reasonable!
It tastes even better if you add the self-service chilli vinegar pickles, crispy fried lard, and prawn Chili oil.
Freshly squeezed pineapple juice and, depending on the season, mulberry juice or passion fruit juice are also available at very reasonable prices.

家から遠いけど、MCO中は何度もデリバリーオーダーした。
現在世間ではお肉も原材料も値上がりしているのに、以前の価格のままというのがすごい。美味しくてボリュームたっぷりで安い。
セルフサービスのチリ酢漬け、脂かす、海老入りラー油をいれるとさらにおいしい。
搾りたてのパイナップルジュースや季節によって桑の実ジュースやパッションフルーツジュースがかなりお手頃にいただけるのも嬉しい。大好きなお店。

ニューヨークホテルの左手にあるタイレストラン。(阿波牛と同じ通り)。
リゾートのような雰囲気で、緑いっぱいで水が流れ、200席もあります。
ここは2002年にスタートしてから20年間、オーナーもシェフも変わらないそう。
品数もたくさんあり、冷凍品は使わず新鮮な食材のみ使用。すべてのソース類も一から手作りなので、レススパイシーなどのオーダーも可能。(ペーストを使っているところだと辛さの調整ができない。)
何でもっと早くから通っていなかったのかなと思うほど、全ての料理がおいしくて、塩加減や辛さ加減などのバランスが絶妙でした。
たくさんの種類をいただきましたが、シェフのオススメマークのものをオーダーしたらまず間違いない感じ。

The bazaar is still in the process of being set up and there were not many stalls open, but it will be an attractive bazaar in a while.

今日から1ヶ月間のラマダン(断食期)スタート。日の出から日の入りまで一切の飲食をできないムスリムは、午後3時ごろからはじまる露天のバザールで食べ物を買って帰ります。この時期ならではのイベント。
初日の今日、16:30ごろ、PERSADAコンベンションセンターで行われているラマダンバザールに行ってみました。
初日だからか、まだ設営の途中で、開いているお店は少なかったですが、もうしばらくしたら魅力的なバザールになりそう。
Kulaiからのナシレマや、Ibu Anakのトーフベルゲデル(油揚げに鶏ひき肉入りのコロッケの具が挟んであってあげてあるもの。甘辛醤油につけていただく)など、とてもおいしかった！
ラマダンバザールは各地で行われていますが、Dato Onnのイオンモールの駐車場のバザールは、駐車しやすいし寄りやすいラマダンバザールなのではないかと思います。
私が毎年行くのはAdda Heights のショップロット脇のラマダンバザール。

My favourite restaurant in JB.
They provide A5 Premium Wagyu ( with Halal cert) direct from Tokushima, Japan. They are the lowest price in JB.
They import whole Wagyu, so we can choose favourite parts and marbling from 20 different parts of Wagyu.
This time, Wagyu specialist advised me the best quality of Wagyu of the day.
So I ordered the “Rump”. The parts from the buttocks to the waist, with less fat. It was very delicious! tender and soft with rich umami.
So I recommend you ask Wagyu specialist’s advise. Your Wagyu experience will be more nicer.
Their homemade Sauces and dressing also super delicious. Must buy Green Sambal for takeaway !

徳島県からハラル認証付きの和牛を一頭買いしている和牛専門レストラン「阿波牛」。
20あまりの部位の中から、好きな部位を選べてリーズナブルに和牛を楽しめるお店。
手作りの焼肉ソースやドレッシングもとてもおいしくて、ホスピタリティもよい心地よいお店。
今回、和牛スペシャリストの「今日出したばかりのランプがすごくオススメ」というアドバイスに従い、A5ランプをオーダーしましたが、柔らかくてジューシーで旨味が濃くてすごくおいしかったです。
A3-A4ランクのお肉はリンゴなどでマリネして柔らかく食べやすくしてあります。このモモや肩バラはすごくリーズナブル。
牛タンも柔らかくて脂のり抜群。
今後も和牛スペシャリストにアドバイスをもらってオーダーしようと思いました。
ソースステーションにあるグリーンサンバルは薬味として必食。私はいつもわさびもオーダーします。
ラマダン中は600gの和牛や和牛レンダンなどがつく特別セットも提供中。

Jameson is the most popular Irish whiskey in the world and enjoys the largest market share. It is attractive because it has few peculiarities and is easy to drink.
Jameson is distilled three times, giving it a very refined, smooth and clean taste.
The event was held to mark the Irish festival of St Patrick's Day on 17 March.
The venue was the Austin branch of Mulligan, JB's first Irish pub.
This is the place to enjoy a drink and a wide range of menu items, from Irish food to familiar Malaysian dishes.
Ginger highballs were served, with Jameson whisky mixed with ginger ale and a squeeze of lime, and there was live band music and a roulette to win a canvas bag.

アラカルトメニューからも好きなだけオーダーできますが、これがまた素晴らしい。
絶妙な焼き具合のロブスターオムレツ、スモークサーモンエッグベネディクト、フィレステーキと目玉焼き、など魅力的なメニューがたくさん。
宿泊しなくとも、朝食を食べに来るだけでも価値があります。

It’s exciting collaboration with Executive Chef, Adrian Jackson(Chef ADU) !
Chef Adu is Johorean, Restaurant” Adu Sugar”( in KL) Owner Chef, Author, Artist and MasterChef Malaysia Judge.
Last year I enjoyed Malay dishes at his restaurant. It was my “ BEST MALAYSIAN DISHES” ever.
Well balanced traditional dishes were Sophisticated, delicate, and super delicious!
Now we can enjoy his tastes at Ramadan buffet of Westin Desaru Coast !
Laksa Johor, Mee Bandung, Ikan Assam Pedas, Ayam Ros etc.
After eat then, I was again convinced that his Malay cuisine was the BEST.

今年は、エグゼクティブシェフであり、KLにあるレストラン「Adu Sugar」のオーナーシェフ、作家でアーティストでもあるAdrian Jackson氏(Chef ADU シェフアデュ)が監修するスペシャルなラマダンビュッフェ。
ホテルすぐ隣のカンファレンスセンターが会場です。
去年KLのレストランで彼の料理をいただきましたが、これまでで1番おいしいマレーシア料理だと思いました。奇をてらわない正統派の伝統料理は、驚くほど繊細で洗練されていて絶妙な味わいだったのです。
それがデサルでビュッフェでいただけるというのは嬉しい。
上質な材料を使い、クオリティの高い本当に美味しいマレー料理が楽しめます。
シェフアデュ監修の10品程度の料理の他、Westinデサルのシェフチームによる素晴らしい料理もたくさんあります。

シスルホテルのラマダンビュッフェ。
何と言っても特筆すべきメニューは、フレッシュカンポンドリアン。
山積みになったドリアンに圧倒されます。
揚げたドリアンも相変わらず人気。
アラビアンナイトがテーマ。中東料理、マレーシア料理、BBQ、冷製シーフードが楽しめます。トルコアイスも登場するとか。
また、MCは超人気のエンブン氏。アイドル並みの人気を誇るバイオリン奏者、アクマル氏のパフォーマンスもあり、楽しい夜になること間違いなし。

BBQ Stall’s Roasted whole lamb & Chicken shawarma (available only on Friday & Saturday) is so special!
This lamb is marinated 2days with Seasonings and Haritha sauce. It’s Middle East Royal family’s secret recipe.
Tender meats and crispy skin. It was Best Roasted whole Lamb to me!
Chicken shawarma also very tasty.
Cakes and Kuih are colourful and beautiful setting. Not too sweet. Nice!

シンガポールとの国境すぐそば、カプリバイフレイザーホテルのラマダンビュッフェ。
金曜と土曜限定の丸ごとローストラムは、格別です。
中東のロイヤルファミリーに認められた秘伝のハリッサ(辛味調味料)と胡椒などで2日間マリネし、6時間ほど焼いているそう。皮がカリカリで中のお肉がしっとり柔らか。絶対にいただきたい一品。シャワルマチキンもおいしかったです。
カラフルで美しいセッティング。クエやケーキは甘さ控えめのものも多く、全体的にとてもお薦めできるビュッフェでした。
